What's for dinner ?

I prefer beef, for things like lasagna, but we had the turkey mince already and had to use it somehow. :)
 
Hot dogs and hamburgers!! And 'green stuff' - I've called it that since I could talk. It's cool whip, pistachio pudding mix, pineapple and nuts mixed together. It's delicious!!
 
Last night we had chicken liver pate (first time making it, super easy), lentils with mushrooms and brussel sprouts, and a caeserish salad. :)
Thinking something cold for tonight since it's going to be really hot.
 
Dinner time is nearing here on the east coast. What is everyone making?
It's hot as hell here so I'm not motivated to turning on the stove, nevermind the oven. Trying to think of a use for leftovers.....

Working an event tonight so whatever snacking I can do. :)
Just hoping it's not insanely hot in the kitchen like it was last night (I'm guessing close to 100F) where I had no appetite and was just chugging water as fast as I could.
 
so excited to have my double-double cheeseburger w/ onions, a side of animal fries, and a strawberry milkshake tonight :)) in-n-out here i come..in 5 hours.
