What's for dinner ?

I told you I was grilling the steaks tonight and I am. They're seared with my own technique and coming up to temperature low and slow.

American Chop Suey (or goulash for you non New England folks). Yesterday I took a brisket and four pork butts to my FIL and had it made into ground beef and sausage (well 3 porkettas too, but that isn't in this dish) so this is all fresh ground beef and fresh ground pork sausage meat.

I have a home up there in New England after all.
 
Tuesday we had all sorts of sausages and cheeses and assorted snack items. Wednesday I smoked out a ham. Today we snacked some and then had ham sandwiches for dinner. Tomorrow we are going out to eat at a German restaurant with another couple who are in town for the holidays. Tis the season to be jolly and eat way too much.
