What's your favorite MLB team?

Oops, yeah ALCS. I'm REALLY glad he went to the NL. Those boys are going to be tough next year. It was nice to finaly beat the "Evil Empire". I think everybody somewhere deep down inside is a Yankee fan, I mean they are as American as you can get. I have great respect for them, the only thing that bothers me is the "I have been a Yankee fan since I was born" people. Maybe if they were born in '96!!! That new stadium is beautiful. I got up that way for a series this year.

Unfortunately, not everyone shares the same patriotic sentiment. I love the new Yankee Stadium myself but I kinda miss the old Yankee Stadium. I've been to 57 games in the new stadium so far. I plan on buying Opening Day tickets (along with a 15-game season package) for this upcoming season.

I for sure like the old stadium better. But then again I still miss "tin foil stadium" that the Rangers used to play in. I think it's just me liking things the way the "used" to be.

I'll probably get a ton of grief from NYCHitman, but I am a life long Mets fan.

Ehh, I'm not one of those kinds of Yankees fans. I love baseball in general but my allegiance is to my Yanks. I might rag on ya a few times when interleague play begins but otherwise it won't happen. Only Red Sox fans get shit on.

Now you must DIE!!

By the blades of Starkiller......I think not. Imma sick Darth Bane on yo ass foo.

That's cool. Oh and I see you're on one of my trains, it looks like at least from your avy.

I don't want Peavy to be rushed back. I'm not excited about anything so far. Bad defense, no closer, it's been an ugly month so far.

I don't feel like Peavy is being rushed back, honestly. If the White Sox can bolster those late innings, solidify that defense and get Peavy back in due time, they'll be a nice treat for the AL Central.

NY Yankees - other family members NY Mets and Cubs.
Yankees since the Dodgers and Giants moved before I could see a game at a stadium.

Colorado Rockies are 2nd favorite. They are local. And if the Cubs are in town there is usually quite a stir. Before the Rockies, WGN owned one of the local stations and would broadcast the Cubs games. So we have a few Cub fans here.
Tulo was on a tear!

The Indians! Who knew they'd be able to actually hit or pitch this year? O_o

I just hope they keep it up.

We're lucky to be only 5 games back. At least we got a W tonight but they need to get a good streak going. I hope they have a run like they did in June/July last year.

It's still early. I wouldn't get too worried yet. If you lose one of your big guns in the lineup like Konerko or Quentin, then I would be worried.

Cincinnati Reds!! FTW!! Lol

season is early, hopefully the way dusty switched the lineup around will do the trick. Masset and his slow starts are pissing me off

You guys need a healthy Cueto to come back and dominate (and Jonny Gomes to stop striking out every other at bat).

not to mention bailey finally living up to the hype. gomes has been walking MUCH more than expected though that 211 average sure in the hell ain't cutting it

My question is when Chapman will end up in the rotation!

was nice to see dusty actually leave him in for 2 innings tonight. he was nasty tonight, lol. (and i believe he hit 106 on the gun 2 nights ago)
my money is on him not being put in rotation this year at all unless of injuries or if we find ourselves out of race by september

He won't end up in the rotation this season, that's for certain. They'll need to stretch him out and the proper time to do that is Spring Training. Right now, he's been overused. I remember a few nights ago he was only hitting 93-95 on the radar. I'm curious if being a starter is even in the cards for him with the way he throws.
