Root where do you put a sound file for a boot animation

I have a boot animation and I want to add a mp3 to it but have not been successful .. whats the trick? So far I have only tried adding the sound to the file but it does not work. Do I need an additional Text file or some thing?
currently I'am working with:

working boot animation.zip(which includes these 3 files android, loop, desc.txt

I just simply added the SPC_animation_final.mp3 with the rest of the files and zipped it back up.. but it did not work.... any ides??????THANKS

It needs to be labeled android_audio.mp3 and placed in the same folder as bootanimation.zip ie in the system.media folder

Keep in mind some devs. Disable boot audio
