Root Where the hell did my status bar go lol?

So I partitioned my new patriot sd card. Installed dark tremor and rebooted. boot looped a couple times but I let it churn and it finally started. Everything seems to have worked. It loaded all back up and I have an sd ext folder now. However one thing is weird. Where did my status bar go? Checked adw and its not set to hide. Any ideas?

Did you try to uninstall adw then reinstall? Worth a try.:o

I've never heard of this one before, which doesn't amount to much because I'm half "special". :D
 
Well its not in the compatible list but everything worked other than that. It moved all my apps. Switched to launcher pro and still no go the problem isn't in the launcher. I'm on destroyer cm7 btw. I'll wipe and restore my backup and see then I'll wipe and reflash and if it still isn't working I'll just go back to vaelpak which I know is compatible.

When I wipe back up and restore now what do I do different? Wipe sd ext amd back up sd ext? If I do a rstore from before dark tremor do I need to flasb it again or will it do its thing still
 
that is definitely the problem. Its an interesting side effect of incompatibility though it just moves my apps to sd and it is not like it moved a status bar app. I restored without apps to sd and bam status bar back. flashed apps to sd again and it was gone. Had to be a way to fix that.
 
So now that I have this 16 gig class 10 card and I'm on cm7 andits not compatible with dark tremor a2sd, what else can I do? Anything exciting? Is there another way to move them that'd ok?
 
well...it may just be that the launcher isn't compatible....have you tried a different launcher or does it do it on all of them.
 
Well I switched to launcher pro when my status bar went missing and it was still missing on launcher pro. I also tried changing themes. I'm not on cm7 exactly I'm on destroyer which is based on rc2.
