Root which ROM to flash?

I flashed back to CM7 with the 4.0.5 sbc kernel. I think I want to try a different launcher though, like launcher pro or go launcher. If I do that, do I lose the theme chooser?

not really sure to be honest. i played around with the theme changer for a bit before moving on to actual themes for cm7. try first blood for cm7. its a red theme that is awesome. plus the boot animation is awesome as well.
