Has anyone noticed the 3G icon changes from white to blue after a startup?

Yes but it's supposed to be blue

WiFi does this as well. I suspect it's during the pairing/negotiation process that it's white, and once it has done the connection/negotiation - and it has a live data connection - it turns blue.

I just noticed it and wondered if it meant something, thanks y'all!

It's supposed to be like that.....while it's connecting it's one color, and once it connected it's a different color.
