Oh... you probably don't have your SD card partitioned. Reboot into Recovery mode, then Partition SD card (just use default values). After that, do the ext2 to ext3 option. Then do your wipe and dalvik wipe (just to be safe? not sure if this is necessary) and flash your ROM again. I think it should work after that.

Anyway, it's probably not discussed much in this thread as it's just a feature that this ROM has enabled. Setting it up, configuring, using A2SD has guides all over the place. Here's one, A2SD - android-roms - How To: Apps 2 SD - Project Hosting on Google Code, of many.

Also, Foxcow... BACKUP YOUR SD CARD TO YOUR COMPUTER FIRST.

I'm not sure, but honestly it would be easier to do it from your phone. It's just a simple menu click, and only takes a few seconds or so

I flashed 4.5 after a data/dalvik wipe and I have one issue. There is an "ongoing notification" that states "Loading Data, Please wait...". It does not give me the option to clear it, much like the VM notification bug. All my google accounts have synced as well as my applications. Rebooting does not solve the issue. Anyone run into this?

It has its own section inside the regular Settings menu. Spare Parts is also in there for even more customization

Hmm weird... I dunno then. It is the 3rd menu option under Settings for me, just called ADWLauncher... right in between Call settings and Sound & Display.

Do you have Amon's Recovery on your phone ? If so, it can create the partition (ext2) and then convert it to ext3.

No idea how... I have noticed that too, now that you mention it. Sounds like an option that the Spare Parts developer could look into adding someday.

gapps FC is from you not flashing the google-apps-etc probably/
and ADW not being in the menu is from you upgrading your version of ADW.

i flashed google-apps from the start i dont know whats up........ i wiped and reflashed it all adw is there now

that works fine for me and everyone else too. are you sure your using the most recent version?

try re-downloading it.
