Root White Widow

yes, you can partition your sd card whenever you would like, but you may get the no memory available bug

and if you partition your wont need to wipe, just partition and boot up. be sure to backup your sdcard first though.

and yes. this uses my kernel why works with the SYN0104 touchscreen driver. if your phone uses the MELFAS driver-you can check under fastboot menu-you will need to use conaps kermel

Is it me or did this thing balloon up like 40MB from the last version?

its a bit heavy, but its not system heavy. after you flash, check your internal memory. that ballooning you refer to happens on the sdcard.

Went from Suave to this and now its doing the T-CDMA 64 thing again.

And yes I flashed the Google apps zip. Is there a fix for that on this ROM?

sometime between now and the time you flashed thr google apps, you wiped your data. your going to need to re-flash the google apps.

What does nand do and why do i need to do it? Jw
Backs up all data related to your current ROM (apps, settings, etc.). So if you don't like the new ROM, or you mess something up, you can go back relatively painlessly. Sort of like System Restore in Windows.

Man I'm just having problems left and right trying to get this set up. Now apparently, I can't get any apps to install.

I'm not using Apps2SD or have it set up if that makes a difference.

Since andrizoid has a real knack for figuring out my user made mistakes, he probably knows what I did wrong.

use app2sd. its a known problem with CM roms that some people get the error that theres no memory left w/o app2sd.

see man...this is what happens why youtry and get creative :P

if you had you sdcard partitioned already, and you had just flashed the rom and the apps then things would have been fine :o

Yeah. I just went ahead and partitioned it. Works fine now. I was sort of avoiding it because I would have to backup everything and then reload it and etc. Well, the initial pain now, will pay off in the future, since now I have 500 MB of space for apps.

thats ot even my favorite a2sd feature though. it also mean that when switching roms, you wont need to re-install all your apps agian.
