Who has an official 2.3.4 firmware update via Kies?

I am on T- Mobile (UK) and still on 2.3.3 Baseband BOKG1 Kernel BOKG2 Build BOKG2 I got in touch with them via twitter yesterday and asked when will we get 2.3.4 or even 2.3.5 . Came back with no idea. My wife is on virgin with a Galaxy Ace and she is now on 2.3.5.

Not sure if to root Phone to get upgrades.
 
I have Kies 2.0.3.11082_15, I get the firmware update pop up, so I go ahead and start the process, it ask me to back up the info so I did, when it finishes and goes along the process, it start trying to connect to the phone even though it is connected already, and I can not get pass that, tryied more then 3 times. thoughts? (new to the forum)

I'm starting wonder if we will ever get and update at this pace.
2.3.5 is already out and ICS is coming soon (I mean eventually)
Bell is slow when it comes to updates.

The update that most people are interested in and the most anticipated Android update is Icecream Sandwich Android 4.0!Lets hope BELLis on top of this one.
 
Yea...

I'm still running 2.3.3 on O2, here in the UK, and I can only guess that I won't get any 2.x.x updates and instead get the 4.0 when it arrives.

I've pretty much given up on O2 when it comes to updates, im in the u.k. too & just updated mine to 2.3.5 using Odin. didn't realise how easy it was, i will be doing all my updating with it from now on.....so ner ner to you O2! :p
 
I have been asking o2 on twitter Everyday for 1month where is are update for the galaxy s2 and they kept sending the same old bull with its coming soon, well vodafone and 3 got there 2.3.5 update today, just as i was about to give up asking o2 where it is, I got a reply saying it (SHOULD) be here next week :). fingers crossed then.

2,3,5

19100buki1

and build gingerbread.bukj3

I thought these rollouts were by

Google, then Phone manufacturers, then Service Providers

As in, Basic Android, then Samsung's customisations, then Vodaphone's customisations.

How then have Vodaphone (UK) released 2.3.5 when Samsung haven't?
 
Sorry I do not understand it either - I have only had my phone 3 weeks - when kies stated a upgrade was a available I presumed it was 2.3.4 but in the settings about phone section it states 2.3.5

PDA:KH2/PHONE:KH1/CSC:KH2 (ORA)

Im still on 2.3.3, anyone have any idea when/how i can update to 2.3.4.
 
I had the 2.3.4 update for all of about 2 hours before I realized that it had totally messed up the display. The resolution seemed to drop by about a 1/2 of what it should be. I quickly upgraded to a leaked 2.3.5 XXKI3 firmware.

you can get the tar/md5 for Odin using Check FUS.

installed on mine the other day without issue and didnt wipe any data.

Ive contacted orange about it a few times, first answer was 28th of October, that came and went so i called again and they are now saying 14th of November so who knows for sure.

Some countries skip version 2.3.4 and go for 2.3.5 directly. This is the case for Belgium, for example.

I'm on XWKF3 Phone: XXKE7 CSC:O2UKG2
How do I flash mine to 2.3.5 generic?
I cannot find official firmware for XWKF3?(Which is my modem? or something)
