Root why wont backside rom work on my ov??

Every update of backside ROM i use doesn't work correctly on my OV, I get force closes on every thing every 5 secs random shut downs and freezes. The newest update it freezes and i have to pull the battery out to get it to shut down. It shuts down randomly and the 3g doesn't work most of the time. A little back info on the phone i bricked before. I download ROM manger flashed the recovery it said to flash (wrong recovery) and then did a factory reset (found out 5 mins latter that bricks your phone ) and then i got the lg sign and then it went to a black screen. some guy I'll post his name later fixed it for me, could it be because i bricked it it'll never run right?

ME! Lol have sammyz help you. He found a way to get the actual v firmware. This should fix the problem. I have found out that my unbrick guide dosn't help that many people.

I need to fix some stuff hold on...that's why I didn't reply yet.

Ok, follow this, you shouldn't have problems anymore:

Re-root and reinstall custom recovery and then ROM. this will guarantee that this is not a borked software problem on your phone. If you have optimus S firmware on your phone this will clean any of that.
Mixing S firmware with V firmware can cause major issues...

I'd have him flash the full firmware. Now just the rom and radio. When he reboots recovery he has to use menu button instead of home button. The method you listed won't fix that.

let me try the guides for fixing stuff after unbricking if that dosnt work ill do the lgpnst and if they raise it ill just call and ask whats going on like i didnt do anything lol. they actually sent me a text saying that i couldnt switch the number any more :( or they would raise the rates.

What? why are you unbricking?
my guide is reflashing stock firmware, not unbricking....
