Yes, the $15 promotion ended yesterday. I think that $10 promotion ended as well, but they weren't even announcing that they had it so who knows. Maybe you can still get it.

Actually over in my thread a guy got it today & they told him it ends at midnight tonight, not yesterday. Oh and it's $9.99, not $15.

Yeah, the one in your thread is $10 ($9.99 =p) but the normal data plan that Verizon had that is no longer available was $15 for smartphones.

did you call 611 or the 877 number?
the way i heard it is evry line needs to have data plan or needs to be switched to a data plan for you to be eligible. Its why i didn't bother, have 4 lines and i'm the only one with data
I think the best results were when you called 611 and when prompted say 'cancel service' that should get you transferred to the department that can best help you

***Update***Verizon just called me back! They gave me the promo! In the end I will be paying $2.00 more a month but now have unlimited texts whereas I only had talk and data before. I can't change the plan for a year but everything else remains the same. Needless to say, I am very shocked but very happy! Love this forum!
My plan now is $59.00 for 450 minutes plus 5 family and friends(i jibber jabber alot) and $9.99 for unlimited data and text. Also will get my 17% work discount.

Call back, did you say "cancel service"? If not do so and ask to speak with the loyalty and retention department about the $9.99 unlimited data promotion. Some here have had to call 2 or 3 times, be persistent and I'm sure you'll get it. How could they give to all of us and not you? Grab this bull by the horns and dont let go until you get what you want.
Also from what I understand you DO NOT have to have all your lines on a data plan. I know I read a post by someone who got this on 1 or 2 of his lines but not the rest. It's worth a call to find out, seriously. I don't want anyone to miss out on this simply because you dont think it will work for you. I was sort of skeptical before I called because someone on here said they turned them down because he already was getting a company discount. Well I get a 19% discount from my employer, so I figured they would certainly.shoot me down as well. But I said 'screw it,' I'll never know if I don't call, so I called, and sure enough I got it! And I can't tell you how happy I am to be saving $46 bucks a month from here on out.
Call now, they close at 11:00.... you have NOTHING to lose and everything to gain. Don't wake up tomorrow wishing you'd at least gave it your all.

I got the exact same plan! I upgraded to unlimited text and added the 5 friends/family numbers. I get 15% discount so my plan goes from $59.99 to $50.99. They said that the data plan won't show up as $9.99, but it will show up as $29.99 with a reoccurring $20.00 credit each month. I'm glad they clarified that because I was scratching my head while looking at my bill online. Haha.
