Root Z4 Root...where?

Can anyone point me to where I can download this app at?

Don't see it in the marketplace...I want to have it ready when I upgrade to 2.3.40.

Damn. I tryed to run the app and it said the install is blocked. I have had this problem with other apps and I have asked what to do and they say to check something in settings and I look for it but its not there. How do I fix this? And yes I have checked USB Debugging. Thanks

"uknown sources" "allow install of non market apps."

its in settings and applications, problem is if you are with at and t they remove it.

are you with at and t?

somebody made a program to let at and t phones get "side loaded" apps (bypass the at and t block)....but i cant find the link.

Yes. I have a Galaxy Tab on AT&T :( Thanks for that link. Once I sideload z4root, will I have to do EVERY 3rd party app like that or is there something I can get that will let me do it on my device? Im not by a computer right now so ill have to try it later. Thanks agan.

never done it; but my guess is that once your rooted you should be able to what ever you want....

did you check to see if z4root works on galaxy tab.....some of these phones (just did a samsung facinate) instead of loading z4root you hook to the computer and root (say with super one click root)....
 
i downloaded z4root and i run it on my galaxy indulge but half way through the process my phone vibrates,z4 force closes itself, and afterwards it takes me back to home and makes my phone really slow...what am i doing wrong can anyone help me

i thought it was supposed to work for a samsung facinate (buddy said that was a galaxy s phone?) and it didnt, later i believe i read that it would work at some point and then no longer worked and you had to hook it to the computer and use oldin? or something like that.
so we did it that way....
 
Will this work on the Craig 7" Tablet running:
Android Version 2.2.1
Kernel Version 2.6.25

I'd love to root it and haven't found anything that will root since Craig released the official upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2 recently.

Rooting is the method of gaining "admin" privileges on your phone.

Are you saying your phone is the samsung galaxy pop?
