It's not the greatest phone in the world specs wise. But not the worst either. Things acheived on these forums has improved it 10 fold. 512mb of ram, 4gb internal .big screen.
EBay motors, haha. Or junkyards. I used to frequent junkyards back in Jersey
You know what? The old cell phones were the best. With the maybe half inch screen. Know why? You coyldnt kill those things. Sure they could text and call and nothing else really , but damn you didn't have to buy a new one very often.
Where at in jersey did you reside?
The Sussex county area.
And yeah the old.phones cost what...$50 bucks?
I miss that old Nokia with the little antenna. Those things were built for punishment
Im sure some lucky SOB would be happy to trade you a old brick phone for your htc.
You just have to treat newer better devices with care or they will retire early
Agreed. Your right but that's similar to saying a old clunker car is better than new cars completely run by computers were better because they could be worked on by joe shmoe.
But in reality they were bad on gas, they wont last as long. They did less and had less options and required a bigger Engine to have the same performance
Old bodys lasted longer because they were made of solid metal instead of light fiberglass. Newer engines no doubt last longer because the electronics protect them from themselves. Like shutting down a cylinder instead of letting a piston smack a valve through the head. Also new engines are built from aluminum which is lighter and disburses heat better but more vulnerable to damage under certain circumstances because it's not a hard metal
