Im in the b14 beta did they release it public beacuse its super buggy.

What does updating have to do with root? It's not like they're stopping us from doing something we know how to do.

It will download but doesnt install.

It could have no effect, but since the purpose of the update is for security improvements and bug fixes, things we may have been able to exploit could be patched.

I don't know. I'm not really having any major issues. I thought it would last longer than a day though.

So far so good with the update this is my daily phone so I need something bug free...But I'm pretty sure there coming out with another update in March.

I don't think it was supposed to be pushed to the public. They just said they were going to look up on it. Pretty sure they stopped the updates as it's been addressed.

That's possible. Who knows with Metro. It could have been hacked too.

Must have been a mistake, now my phone says I'm up to date with B12. Wow. 1 day beta program, 1 hour update window and they yank it.

@Nthall you and a couple of others now have the beta firmware with no strings or NDUs attached... Wonder if there are any holes in that firmware worth looking into?

Who knows. I don't think it was a major update.

Careful there... You may have digitally signed something in agreement with ZTE that says you CAN'T do anything. Probably best to ride the beta program out and don't run astray.... They probably have a laser guided satellite mounted microwave cannon aimed at your privates.
