This is definitely not my forte... But can I help in any way?Aye. I'm not sure if it's an internal package or external, but my debugger should tell me directly what files it is calling.

Do you have any experience with debugging at all? It's easy to read. This is definitely not my forte... But can I help in any way?

A list of files the executable is using. Like say on Windows, if you debug your command prompt, and tell it to copy x file to y location, you'll see cmd.exe call the file in question, call explorer, and move it. That's what I'm looking for. Files AudioServer is calling out toWhat would I be looking for?
Do you have the android studio? It may be required. I'm not going to be home for awhile so I can't do anything yetAlright. Point me in the right direction and I'll be on it.

So, not sure if this helps at all, but, I'm still running on b08 and from what I can understand that means I should be able to download and extract the b14 update. If someone can let me know how I would go about doing that I'd definitely be willing to upload it for you guys to play around with if it helps at all
Thank you sir. This helps me a lot. [emoji122] [emoji106] [emoji109]
There's also a third update that's the b12 to b14 update, it's different than the b08 to b14 update.

Metro pillow talking ZTE. And Marshmallow is hard to crack in of itself. If this was a Galaxy S8 for example, it'd get rooted almost over* night* because some of the biggest reverse engineers out there want the credit. Don't get me wrong, Messi isn't small time, but he's not on the level of say Geohot. We'll get there man. Just keep tryingIf we have the physical access, the kernel, OTA updates, TWRP (Messi), and adb... Why is this so difficult?
I got the same message. WtfView attachment 117301
Seems my IP has been banned from the ru proxy? Anyways, google "ZTE Z981 Marshmallow Kernel Source". Should be the 3rd entry down with website name (comeinproxy.ru).
I'm 99% sure that thread is where I got the source. It could be fake as I haven't inspected it, but everyone else was upvoting

That proxy one is just the same page shown through the proxy, and the message is because the forum is blocking the Russian proxy IP, not our IPs.
