Root ZV6 V.5 Stock Mod - Debloated - No Gapps

Stock Keyboard in Stock rom.


Ok. Two LGSystemUI's today. One for each rom.


Simple 1% battery increment mod. I used a standard digital count down battery type. The reason I am upping these is because now with the proper battery xml in place..you can swap in your own desired 1% battery png images as long as they match up name wise with whats in the rom. (Not the left over stock stuff or the vzw stuff..disregard those..) just stick with the 0-100 battery images for battery and battery charge animations. no need to edit or change the spcs battery animations either. this will give you guys something to mess with until i can finish what i have in mind.

battery images in these are 34x34 but you should go with 38x38. i shrank these because they looked a little big at standard 38x38.

Made some progress today with the little time I had. LG has written a lot of their xml differently than the usual layouts I'm used to dealing with. So it's slowed me down a bit. Hopefully though I can rearrange the date/time in status bar expanded,add in the volume and brightness sliders...everything is there it would appear except in smali. Might be able to grab that from g2 rom systemui. Moving the clock to center doesn't appear to be a big deal outside of putting its xml string in correct position in status bar xml. Wifi tether toggle not sure about yet for the quicksettings panel. that may require writing some smali along with appropriate xml for layout,dimensions,coloring scheme and appropriate value entries. that's no easy task. but will see where i can get with it. so for now my goals are

center clock/ no clock ui sets

volume slider/no volume slider sets

brightness slider/no brightness slider sets

rearrangement and resizing of status bar expanded header date/time,settings button

proper transparency in the status bar expanded layout

carrier label removal so we can add in close on and close off png sets without the name being dead center in the way.

add in all lockscreen effects...their all their just not all enabled

add more fonts

add in useful links to the ring bar and remove the crap that currently resides there.

any suggestions that are workable by you all

and lastly...due to the task that it is...flat ui styling
 
How does one change the tint in the notification screen? Or even a theme manager like CM? Just to change the color scheme.

for now most coloring options have to be edited via g2tweaksbox themeing options. what few there are. there are no theme managers outside built in and it only themes app icons pretty much. not really worth downloading a 15 meg theme just for the icons.
 
What can i do then to make for example youtube, settings, or google play change colors. As you can for specific apps? BTW I did move the sys apk like you said to previously and i am liking the new icon for the battery.
 
But i would like to ask what did you do to change the icons in the status bar and is there simple method to do so? (I feel so noobish). Then again, I used to not be big on LG back then so I am behind the curve here. :^/

LGSystemUI contains the icons for statusbar and notifications panel. Each app that is in qslide contains its own icon for the qslide panel. The quick settings icons are in LGSystemUI. I intially used the lg volt it self and a handful of tools to do what ive done until this point. Now I am using pc with Photoshop and xml editor along with apktool to decompile,recompile edited apps.
 
Ok so far we have reenabled lock screen effects,clock with day to left,native transparency in notifications without need for g2tweaks,1% battery mod. Oh and full transparency in stock weather in all modes and widgets with enhanced color for lock screen widget weather.

Took me a little to get my head around this concept. Is there a GUI i can use (an apk hopefully) that allows me to change the style of the battery and signal?

Yeah pretty easy actually. Just find any 1% battery mod with pngs of same names as those in systemui and same size 38x38 and copy them into the apk with winrar on pc or by using root explorer to extract the apps contents and theb copying them in and then using root explorer to zip it back up and rename zip to apk.
 
Btw how can i add more to this section without using gravity box? I found this selection under G2 tweaks with minimal options.
