Most likely your accounts would be hacked that are tied to your devices.

what is your model number? where did you get the firmware from? do you have a link? are you sure you flashed the correct firmware for your device? firmware are VERY specific to the device. flashing the wrong one is not good.

if your mother board is fried u cannot recover any data in it just through it our and buy a new one

I would like to introduce my new online game Word Soccer. The principle of the game is to make more words from the available letters than your opponent in six rounds.
In each round you can also get a yellow card if you don't use each of the offered letters at least once, or your longest composed word is shorter than your opponent's longest word.
For each red card, you then lose one of the letters offered in the next round.
Primarily, the game should only take nouns, but the dictionary is unfortunately not yet fully fine-tuned as I'm not from an English-speaking country, but if there are problems, you can either double-tap the unrecognized word to suggest it be added to the dictionary, or conversely, you can double-tap a word that has been recognized by your opponent and shouldn't be to suggest it be removed from the dictionary.

yeah, I was facing this issue too....and while I was surfing for solutions I came across your problem...but I solved it!!!!!!
As the notification appears pull down the quick settings menu and press and hold the blank information I will give you the info and show the system utilis app and turn off its notification using the slider button beside.....done!!!

have you verified that they are gone via your computer? you log into google photos on your web browser and see if your photos are there or not.

i never have any issues with my google photos. i still have photos that i took on my htc hero which was over a decade or so ago!!!!!!!

what phone do you have? have you tried re-booting your phone?

do not know why there is not an export option.

and with tech.....you get what you pay for.

if the contacts are still on the phone, he can go to the play store and search for saving contacts.

I backup my contacts and photos separately so not so worried about those.

I installed SMS Backup and performed a backup to Dropbox within minutes. Very user-friendly.

Otherwise I would just like to capture apps, app data, widgets, layout, settings, Wi-Fi / Bluetooth connections etc and backup to Dropbox or a USB connected drive and be able to restore to a new phone. Are these all captured via the following backup mechanism?

Settings-> Accounts and backup - Smart switch -> External storage transfer

It was a fun day here. I had lawns to mow and it rained early this morning which changed my plans. I went over to my son's house and saw all my kids then dashed home and mowed five lawns. Nerve been an issue for me. It's just like computers. Download a picture or image and it's in the download folder...... same as android.

Well let's hope that using Smart Switch when you're phone was at least minimally usable will have made at least one full backup on your data, and to an external source, like a computer. If that is the case, you should be able to use the Smart Switch utility on your new phone to restore your previous data.
Keep in mind that except for a few exceptions (i.e. WhatsApp data) that Smart Switch will be able to backup/restore your entire user account. Then it to from an old phone to a new one. Apps like Google Photos only pertain to photo and video content so that would only be part of your all your data.

If you don't have a Smart Switch full backup however, that could be a problem. The other alternative is to do a direct phone-to-phone transfer of your user account but that involves being at least some ability to do things on your old phone. It is a user interactive process, and on both phones.

I didn't respond because I'd never seen anything on my phone called "Recent Photos". But then when I read your thread I wondered whether this might be something to do with the Samsung gallery app (which, despite owning an s21, I don't use at all), and opening that app, pressing the 3 line menu and selecting "Recent" does give me a timeline view of images on my phone. Is this what you are talking about?

(I might add that my Samsung Gallery is also an old version because I don't update Samsung apps that I don't use, so may look different to yours as well).

Personally I doubt very much that "recent photos" is actually a folder. Different gallery apps can show different collections of images, ordered by time, by folder, sorted into photos and videos, or whatever, but when a picture shows in a timeline view or a folder view, or in your Gallery app vs Google Photos, it will be the same file in every case. So if you delete it in one place it will be gone from them all.

What exactly was deleted? It's not clear from your post. You mentioned the clipboard in the title, but it will be different if you cut a piece of text or tried to move a file that way.

I'm not optimistic either way - data recovery in Android is always problematic, so I'd always recommend copying important stuff and then deleting the original afterwards. But more information might help.

Yes, the housing is the same for that model line (8T). But I still think you're better off just fixing that international model. Even if you do have all that work done, you're still going to need to flash the stock ROM on that T-Mobile phone to solve it's carrier-lock issue.

You should just bite the bullet and resale the OP8T and start from square one. When buying unlocked phones, non carrier specific phones you need to research what models will work in your area. I've seen so many incorrect descriptions on Ebay and Amazon. Not just look at Global phones either, look at each specific model and the bands that phone supports. Every manufacturer is very different about what bands they support in what areas except Apple and Google. The new Apple/Google phones basically support all bands worldwide

I have done swapping displays of Oneplus 8T between KB2007 & KB2000.

All work perfectly fine except the FINGERPRINT

Fingerprint does not being recognized at all.

Does anybody have an answer to this ?

What I found googling is it needs to be recalibrated through a oneplus official store

Have you rebooted the phone? and then checking the volume?

Funny thing: I received another update for my s21 last night, less than a fortnight after the previous one (and after my phone had had a couple of UI hangups and another spontaneous restart yesterday). touchwiz? thats very old. samsung now uses OneUI. and what do you mean by "control any changes"?

both touchwiz and OneUI are just samsung's launcher that they put on top of the android os to make it look and fell different from other manufacturers. i dislike OneUI so i use the Nova launcher that you can get in the play store.
