did you see one crazy fan jump(fall off) the railing trying to catch the ball???

they already identified the guy who actually caught the ball. some reports said that the ball could be worth $2.1 million bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll have to watch the clip again. I missed seeing a guy fall but I get it.
Yep, that ball is already worth a lot and will be worth more as the years go by.

I think the guy jumped :) Funny stuff. Thanks for pointing it out.

Alert if two android devices are separated?

I tried to get us pretty much off the grid. Granted, I didn't go as far as to move to an amish community. But, we moved where there's no high speed internet available in the area other than 4g. We do have wifi at home. I have the Synology router hooked to an AT&T 4g modem. So, as far as it goes for the kids though, we do have wifi and it's pretty reliable.... I work from home, so it has to be reliable. I got rid of all of our Google Hubs and smart devices that had screens on them because the kids were using that to get around my blocks.

I was trying to keep my kids completely off of all electronics. But the school requires them to use a chromebook and PC (3 of my kids a chromebook and 1 a PC.) They are required to use them to pass the grade. I told my wife, I wish it was 1990. I wish this stuff didn't exist. But, it does exist and we can't pretend it doesn't. It's getting more and more integrated into our lives by the day, like it or not.

But, my objective is to make sure all electronics in the house are used on a daily basis. I don't want any electronics sitting in a drawer. I want it something we use and would notice if it's missing or has been compromised.

How to set already formatted sd card as default storage on android 7.7.1

Nougat is a pretty dated version of Android so unless you're willing to flash it with a custom firmware like LineageOS you are using an outdated OS. Functionally you're apparently doing OK as is but it is adding more risk to your online interactions. Also apps you're using should be still getting updated (independent developers support their apps much longer than Google does for the Android OS) but it's still a matter where there's a decreasing number of apps that do so. Give some thought into upgrading to a new phone sooner rather than later.
(..... Android continues to evolve so there's been a lot of improvements and alterations since Nougat but don't be surprise at some of the increased number of limitations Google has implemented in various background service functions. Google touts them as 'security and privacy' enhancements for the user but they can also be interpreted as Google asserting its oversight and data mining.)
These devices are like consumables with freshness dates. It does seem like

These devices are like consumables with freshness dates. It's time to get a new device and learn to live with the changes, as you mentioned. Thanks!

Unlock question

My understanding is that carriers will only give the unlock code to the account holder, so if you buy a phone from someone else who tells you it is unlocked when it isn't you are out of luck. That was probably your situation when you called asking for a code - though of course they could have explained that without hostility (though I can imagine many ways in which that can be a crappy job).

But yeah, normally you need a code. I suggest you test it with a non-ATT SIM (to be sure don't use one from a virtual operator who use ATT's network either), and if it doesn't work get back to them and tell them you never received the text/email. Whatever you do, make sure it is unlocked while you are still a customer with them, because if you end a contract there is no guarantee they'll give you the code after that.

Help How to disable blinking notification icon in peek display?

Have you tried it with Safe Reply off, I'm sure you have.
I have an older E6 elsewhere but also have you tried the Moto or *Device Help app (if there) for the setting.

Also, though the same model, some settings or the Moto or *Help (iirc) app may have updated in the newer one. You can compare the version in Settings - Apps.

Not much help, but hopefully someone with a Moto will respond.

*I see the actual app is called Device Help on my E6 (no Peek Display)
