Installed on my Android 8 car media device is Sygic auto nav version 17.4.12.Would some knowledgeable member advise me as to how I remove all history from travel book?
I did hold for a few seconds each entry and they turned red, plus a red section with dustbin appeared at top of page, I clicked on dustbin and all entries disappeared, only to return the next time I opened travel book. So how do I delete them permanently?
Equally whilst playing around with quick menu, I inadvertently turned off sounds, large icon now appears with X through it, I have toggled everything in sight (within reason) How do I turn Sounds ON in quick menu?
One final niggle, on my car device I have a dedicated Nav button, but since installing Sygic I can only open Sat Nav from icon on touch screen, and NOT from Nav button....anything I can do to overcome this?

what phone do you have? on my z fold 3 i can pull up a widget and add contacts directly to my home screen. i can also make that widget one for dialup and one for messages.

I managed to pair an Andriod Device to Android Studio via WIFI using a QR code. But then I got a "Default Activity Now Found" error when I tried to run my program to the device, I went through the steps to fix that error. And that led me to not only cleaning and rebuilding the project but when I restarted Visual Studio, I thought I would remove and re-add the listing in Device Manager.

And this is where the problem is. Since I removed the device listing in Device Manger, I have not been able to get it back. I have been trying both the QR code as well as the pairing code. The Android cell lists the computer. But each method I have tried to get Android Studio to recognize the cell, it fails. It says it may take up to 2 minutes to complete but it will say that there is an error pairing the device. It does not matter if I I the computer name from the list of paired devices on the android or not.

Tried it. Didn't appear to actually forward UDP. Or maybe it did but just not the return traffic

I don't have the hardware for emulator acceleration. And the ARM emulated images close upon launching. There are security blocks on the that computer and I think the admin might have been agressive in blocking emulation.

I managed to pair a different computer to a device via wifi. I will give that a try for a while.

When one of my older phones stopped making phone calls due to the VoLTE requirements here, a busy signal was all you got if you dialed, and shortly after that it tries for up to a minute to make a call, and gives up.

As for the last poster, I'm assuming they're spreading or attempting to spread the FUD about 'don't use this as a phone or you'll get hacked!'.

Anyone know any manufacturers who don't have this spectacularly f-ed up policy that Samsung has had for a couple years, which is that all Samsungs purchased in Germany are deactivited for use outside the EU, and the only way to get them activated is to email Samsung your IMEI, receipt of purchase, and dates of travel, and then after three weeks they'll get back to you and let you know *if* they've decided (which isn't assured) to send you a code to unlock it for out-of-EU use - and only for the dates you requested?

This info all comes from a chat with Samsung Germany support and the email they sent me with instructions for the procedure. No idea if it applies elsewhere in EU.

Hi, I had the same issue, after disconnecting my Bluetooth speaker, I lost sound, or so it seemed.
I fixed this by stopping the internet browser,
Then settings, apps, search the browser you use, then force stop, then restart it.
Then it was fixed.

Asurion is pretty amazing, I used it in the past to patch up my cell, within a few days or so I got my newest copy of the moto z force, no questions ask, all I had to do was fill out online paperwork and they gave me a small box, that I still use for my cables, my charging cables and a few pairs of my wired earbuds, straight from my house, no questions asked!

I know this Thread is from 2011 ,I do hope someone will read it . I've bought 2 "brand new " SD cards that came with .android_secure in it . And it says that it was created in 1969 , all that I could find online didn't sounded true .the SD cards says it's 32.39 giga . Obviously no sd card that it's 32 giga will have 32.39 giga of space , my worry is that this is a massive work with malware or some virus because I've tried to format on the android and after a long time that files still there. . You can't rename it nor delete it . I've did a zip as copy from it and it says 22 bites . I know that most virus has about 22bites right? So I've placed that SD n my windows phone 630 Lumia from 2014 and it said that it had old apps in it and needed to be deleted done that . And formatted the SD on the windows phone as well about 20 times over . All that after trying to move files from the phone to these which they were destroyed by the SD card . Now after a bunch of tries I've recorded a few times using the SD card and what I got was abou 1 minute of ok video after that recorded 400 mega of code that didn't worked after 2:40 secs . And after recording one with 900 mega the SD card could not save anything else. But it says that still have 29,13 giga left . Is these cards with malwares? Detail . This is the first time ever that I've bought the 2 SD cards with the package with no glue or anything to close where it comes normally closed . Why did already had this .amdroid_secure in it ? And why not even formatting on and on this didn't go away?
