So, please don't be too harsh with the reviews and stuff.
I hope some of you might have some fine moments in the rest room with my tiny quiz.

Sure know moto phones for about six years or so.

It's not about how fast the current goes, but how much current there is. Twice the length of a given wire has twice the resistance. So for a given voltage (V = IR) the higher resistance results in lower current.

I would guess it only happens upstream because the phone's power supply is much weaker than a desktop pc's. In any case the .9m cords work perfectly (the old one was 3m)

@GameTheory I'm trying to figure out how to get system permissions with root and for some reason I can't seem to find that information. I was starting to come to the conclusion that it must not be possible very easily or else my google search skills are lacking in that area.

i'm with @olbriar you do not necessarily need oem(original equipment manufacturer) chargers and cables as it says in the manual. they are just trying to sell their own product. i have used many chargers abd cables from different devices to charge my phones before in the past. just be careful of cheap chinese made products. they tend to break or not charge your phones properly.

Especially when you have already set up to work in the same way on different OSes, and after the update, you have to adjust to the new trends, even if they are improved somehow. Fortunately, we were told that Zaptest has a usability testing tool, and our corporate system will work correctly after the updates. It is not always possible to safely block updates so as not to harm the well-established work of the team. But if you are annoyed by updates, try blocking them, as shown in the screenshots.

Re:- the thing with just making one 5-minute phone call with an EU SIM card - note that I asked Samsung support, "Do you mean to tell me that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the millions of Samsung owners in Germany (surely all EU) who travel outside the EU, have emailed Samsung their travel dates, copy of receipt and IMEI number THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE in order to use their phone while traveling?" and they said, yes, every one of them has done that. It's the only way to use an EU Samsung outside the EU. No exceptions.

Then I tried support again the next day and they said that's wrong; you can email if you need to but you can also just do the 5-minute call and he explained how it's all about preventing people from buying phones and reselling them on other continents, which makes you wonder, who is buying phones *retail* in the EU and reselling them in some continent where you can't even get them?

Not importing - I live in Germany and will be traveling to the US.

if you can go to the bootloader try and wipe cache and reboot the phone. if it does not reboot, you may have to flash a firmware update.

never owned a nokia phone, so i do not know if it wipes data or not. it most likely does, but at least you will have a working phone again.

here in the states a head unit is the car stereo. so is this factory? some units that have older software will not work with newer phones. but android auto is going away thanx to google discontinuing it.

Exactly! I remember buying my daughter her first few pieces of Calphalon cookware at the store in Dallas; I bought all my original Calphalon there, too, and it's still in use. It has a lifetime warranty, and I actually made use of it once. We had followed its cleaning instructions to the letter, but something got burned on and would not come off. They replaced it just like that! I've added a piece here and there over the years. I love Calphalon and even though I'm rarely the one cooking these days, it's the only brand I buy. I guess you'd say I'm a loyal customer.

I don't think it will install a second copy of the app (I don't think that would be possible without changing the package), but it is rather silly. It's just the sort of thing that happens when you have the same app in 2 app storage.

I generally ignore the Samsung app store until it occasionally pops up a notice to say I have 39 updates or something. Most of these will be pre-installed Samsung crap which I'm not interested in updating, but I have about 2 edge apps which I installed myself and can only get updates via the Samsung store. So I check whether there is an update for either of those then forget that the Galaxy Store exists for another few weeks...

can you just change the google password ?

After a little research I think it's more MS SwiftKey related than an android update.

Switched out to the Samsung keyboard and couldn't replicate this issue. That immediately made me suspicious.

Add that to the fact that this wasn't even an issue days ago but all of a sudden it is. Check the update history & SwiftKey updated a few days ago.

Then check out the reviews on SwiftKey to find others complaining of it.
