why are people still using android boxes? google chromecast is sooooooo much better. it is cheap and very easy to install. you can even mirror your phone. my friend mirrors his phone to his tv wirelessly and he uses a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, thus making his phone to tv a computer of sorts.

all of the android boxes i see are not made from popular brands and thus support for them are terrible. they always have issues and to me are just too much of a headache. i use my chromecast everyday. it is so simple to use and never had any problems.

not all phones are rootable. you need to do your research at https://www.xda-developers.com/. this is where developers will publish their goodies. on there you will find ways to root devices, flash custom recoveries as well as flash custom roms. if there is no forum, then that means there is no development community supporting your device.

just remember no devs=no fun.

Comfirmed that the app battery usage is now tota\lly negigable and not even on the charts.

Not been on mobile data only and in range of the wifi network used for connection so I don't know if they fixed it though.

Also, just an additional on airdroid, you need to be on the same wifi as the PC with browser or pay for an account which would suck. Did you sus the navigation for local network connection @Milo Williamson

Anyways we can block crpyto related all sites in host.txt file of an android an do some security tweaks and we should not browse any infected or pirated site can prevent us from these stuff while Linux Kernal OS doesn't seems in this practice as we have not proper news on it, but we have only news of data leaks and related to it that's it.

You don't really need an app. You can set a contact number to dial the number with the pauses embedded by using commas. A comma is a 2-3 second delay so an example of what you describe would be

1-800-555-1234,,,,,1,,,,,,,,,,123456789

The number is dialed. A pause for 10-15 seconds dial one and then pause for 30-40 seconds and dial the 9 digit number.

I don't know about Keep Notes as I don't use that, but actual text correction is purely a keyboard feature. I've not use GBoard lately, but I've no memory of it correcting when I didn't tell it to, and I don't know how easy it is to rule out that you may have accidentally touched the suggestion bar if it only happens occasionally. But if the settings are as you want them and you aren't happy with the behaviour then as others have said the answer is to try a different keyboard app - just remember that as a different app will have slightly different key spacings (though some let you customise that) your muscle memory will need a little time to adjust.

I put a new LCD screen on it which I've done many many times over the years , it vibrates connects to the pc , when I turn it on it kind of half lights up you can just barely see it light up and after a minute or two it starts to click I've even successfully flashed it but still does the same, I even put it all back in the original screen and chassis but got the same result, cheers

Being that it is a tablet and not a phone, I don't know if your device has a proximity sensor.
An app to turn off the screen when this sensor is covered would be ideal in this situation, but my guess is that proximity sensors are on phones, not tablets.
(They are what turns off the screen when you put the phone to your ear.)

@puppykickr bro there is no advanced menu option settings>advanced in android 5.1.1 lolipop and android 6.1 marshemellow in my devices is there any way to activate from developer option or in rooted phone can it be activated from adb shell commands

@puppykickr bro secondly the app isolation u suggested is for hiding frZing cloning apps do it create multiple user guest or locks the drawer or icons in home screen

But if you know that Game Booster (a name that would have me looking for the uninstall or disable buttons, as all "booster" apps are invariably junk) has only used 10kB you now know how to check their data usage, and if you don't use these apps much it's no surprise that they aren't using much. As noted in another thread, you can see how much data they are using: click on the app name in that list and it will tell you. "Restricted" just means that they aren't allowed to access data in the background.

Did you eventually figure this out? Having an almost identical problem
