Android 11 Blinking Issue

Though as Android 11 had been available since, what, August or September last year, and that app has been updated since then, I wonder whether the problem is with Android 11 or with Android 11 on the Galaxy A51? I'd think that the latter is more likely, to be honest.

So it may be worth giving feedback to the app developer about the problem, since if it is specific to the A11 build for this device they may not be aware.

Hackers infecting all OS

SO, it appears to only target Google Chrome and Apple's Safari browsers. was the Open Source Chromium (and derivatives), or Firefox also affected?
Well, these are the 11 vulnerabilities:
CVE-2020-6418 - Chrome Vulnerability in TurboFan (fixed February 2020)
CVE-2020-0938 - Font Vulnerability on Windows (fixed April 2020)
CVE-2020-1020 - Font Vulnerability on Windows (fixed April 2020)
CVE-2020-1027 - Windows CSRSS Vulnerability (fixed April 2020)
CVE-2020-15999 - Chrome Freetype heap buffer overflow
CVE-2020-17087 - Windows heap buffer overflow in cng.sys
CVE-2020-16009 - Chrome type confusion in TurboFan map deprecation
CVE-2020-16010 - Chrome for Android heap buffer overflow
CVE-2020-27930 - Safari arbitrary stack read/write via Type 1 fonts
CVE-2020-27950 - iOS XNU kernel memory disclosure in mach message trailers
CVE-2020-27932 - iOS kernel type confusion with turnstiles

Looks to me, like Firefox wasn't affected.
As for Chromium...can't tell. I don't know how similar Chrome and Chromium are.

Help Internet drops off -I know it's on.

I wouldn't worry too much about actually rebooting the router yourself, in any assisted care facility allowing resident's to freely access things like the facility's networking equipment is probably forbidden. You might want to mention it to a staffer, especially if other residents are also having similar issues getting online. But in a public WiFi setting like you're referring to, it's more likely to be an issue with your tablet, or just some basic issue involving your location when you do lose connectivity.
-- What model tablet do you have and which version of Android is it running?
-- Have you had this problem for long time or is losing connectivity an issue that started to occur just recently?
-- When you do lose online access, does it happen when you're just sitting in one place or after you've moved to a different spot?

You might also post your query on Amazon's help forum for your tablet model:
https://www.amazonforum.com/s/topic/0TO4P000000t6oLWAQ/fire-hd-10
Amazon's FireOS may be built on top of the Android kernel but the entire interface you interact with is going to also be through FireOS. This will be similar to a typical Android device but posting to a Fire Tablet forum instead will give you more exposure to others who have your same tablet.

WiFi not extremely slow or no connect in morning or after a while

One should not have to turn off either the phone or WiFi at night.
It should always just work
I had this problem for weeks and kept taking it up with Plusnet but in the end I realised that it seemed to be my phone turning it off. First thing each morning nobody in the house would have wifi. I had to go into settings and toggle wifi back on. It always connected so there was nothing wrong with the router. And everyone else came back on then.
I discovered that there is an app permission called wifi control which allows apps to turn WiFi on or off.
A lot of apps had this permission so I turned it off on any apps that I thought would be safe but left google apps.
It didn't work so the next day I turned off more including google.
This has worked for two days now so I suspect it may be a Google app that was doing it.

Help Google Play Store "No results found"

You must do what you did to Play Store again, and then also do the same to Play Services as well.

You {according to the description} did not 'manage data' for Play Services.

It would probably be best to do this in airplane mode as well.

Once you clear everything from both, turn airplane mode off, and open Google Play Store.

You may/may not need to sign in and whatnot.

As soon as you are in, immediately go to Settings, and turn autoupdate off.

Then back out of that area, and while still inside settings scroll down to the bottom area and find About Play Store or Pay Store Version {I have not used it for so long I can't remember what exactly it is under} and tap it.

A toast message that says something to the effect of 'A new version of Play Store will be downloaded' or 'Play Store version is up to date' will appear.

It may or may not take effect immediately, or in a few minutes.

It may even wait until 2:30 AM, which is one reason why I quit dealing with it, lol.

Anyway, Play Store shoul update at some point, and because it is the way it is, Play Services will do whatever it does and the two should work again after awhile.

If not, try again.

And don't forget that there are other appstores available out there.

https://www.apkmirror.com/

https://m.apkpure.com/

https://f-droid.org/

https://en.uptodown.com/

These are some of the largest and well known, F-Droid being the most secure {moreso than Play Store} and having FOSS apps exclusively.

help me - problems with voice messages

It could be a couple of reasons. One thing that comes to mind is the default player. It could be that Go sms doesn't play the files natively and wants to use an audio app that may not support the file format. If you set the default player to "always" the first time, it won't ask which player you want to use every time you try and open a file. Try going into settings>apps and clear your defaults. This will make Go sms prompt you when it wants to open a file. When it asks, chose "one time" instead of "always" until you find an app that can play the audio.
