Hello, I happened to come across a hand full of these devices. Is there a way to get these (VZ) Breakouts unlocked (carrier sim)? I got the device rooted. That's as far as I can get. This devices doesn't show the input code for unlocking the device.

I know it was possible on earlier Android versions because there are several Apps with these features, but i've seen comments about Google removing a lot of options on later versions.

I've heard of password time-outs with Apple accounts, like 48 hours, etc, but not Google accounts. So can't help you.

Just to be sure: your problem is that you cannot receive calls from landlines? I ask because it's not obvious to me what that has to do with Spotify.

NOPE, Still didn't wooooork!!
SafeSearch blocked all of the searches!!

update I switched it on and it runs in safe mode. error report sent to htc hopefully this will get sorted I'm going to uninstall and reinstall some apps see if that helps.

sorry but looks like there really is no dev support for your phone.....which means that there are no custom roms to get you to android 5 and there is no custom recovery which you will need to flash custom roms.

just remember no devs=no fun

As you mentioned my phonax hearing aid usb are the only one without data

have you talked to verizon? my note 10+ on verizon has no issues what so ever.

First, change your Google account password to something strong (20 characters or more) This can be a phrase like - I_Love_25_Easter_Bunnies Which is easy to remember. Don't use this, it's just an example.
Then, factory reset your phone and sign in with your new google password and enable 2 factor authentication.

Now, on your computer, run a thorough virus/malware scan, let it remove anything it doesn't like.

Next, change all your other passwords and enable 2 factor authentication where possible, using your phone to receive the texts with codes.

Now, the most important part. DO NOT let anyone else have access to your phone.

It might be a good idea to change your number as well.
