Help Data Usage Limited Android (Due to Time of Day or a Data Limit)

Make sure that your carrier hasn't shut your phone service off for whatever reason. Had this same notification and after trying all kinds of suggestions, I tried to make a phone call and ¡TADA! my phone service had been disconnected.

So I keep getting this message on my Android phone. I don't know why I'm getting this message, I have unlimited data with Verizon. I think its an Android issue. Has anyone ever gotten this message? If so, what did you do about it? This is an inconvenience.. I want this message to GO AWAY FOREVER!!!!!!

App icon query

can't tell by the sreenshot....its too small.

but you can really just look into the phone's notifications to find out. my guess though is that the phone is not yours and you do not have access to the phone. so the problem is that there are millions upon millions of apps with notification icons. that is a lot of icons to know!!!!!!!! so the likely hood someone here might know is very small.

but you never know someone here might recognize it. but most of these kind of questions go unanswered......so good luck.

Random Shutdown when plugging in charge cable

The Note 8 is an old phone. No warranty, battery not holding a charge nearly as long as it used to, so last night I bit the bullet and traded it in on a new Note 20 Ultra. Hopefully it'll be a long while before I have this issue again, if ever. :D :cashdroid:

Now that you have a new phone, try to wipe the old Note 8 and just put the basic programs on it again along with any new Security Updates (I just got one yesterday and yes, I'm still rocking my Note 8). See if any of the "phone charging logic" changes.

It's Joy Noelle's birthday!

Her name would also pass for "Merry Christmas" in French :"Joyeux noël".
You got it! I'm impressed. :D

I went with the feminine spelling, Noelle, because, well, she's a girl! But the holiday connection was absolutely part of my thought process in naming her. She arrived on November 22--right before the holidays. :)

And, FWIW, she forever changed my lifelong, sad connotation of 'Dallas' and 'November 22.' [Young whippersnappers may not get this..but my fellow Baby Boomers will.]
