Huawei u8180 missing ID for GooglePlay

I agree with @mikedt
There's not a real fix for this. You've got a very dated phone running a long unsupported version of Android. It's old hardware and obsolete software so there are going to be a lot of unavoidable compatibility issues.
Use it as a media player or something like that at home, but using it for any online access will be a problem. Also keep in mind that very few developers still maintain apps for such a dated device so using things like an old web browser app will involve a lot of security vulnerabilities.

When ever i click yolo link in snapchat it opens yolo in playstore

Never heard of it and I don't use Snapchat. But sounds like something that can only be viewed with this Yolo app, and if you don't have the app on your device, it redirects you to download and install it from the Play Store. Sometimes with these things, if you go to their website with a browser, it just redirects you to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store, to install their app.

Google Assistant's APK Name...

@ocnbrze – An LG Tribute Empire, and nope no root!

@Hadron – Makes sense, and yeah honestly I really don’t use any of those features, so if they were messed with in any way I’d be fine. With this phone I haven’t enabled it but sure, I wouldn’t be surprised with needing to recheck settings and the like. But I love how when you randomly touch something or do so for too long, it comes right back up ready and willing to go!

@codesplice – Great, I checked for it in App Inspector and didn’t see it, but I’ll try to uninstall it anyway and go from there… And no worries, like I said I really don’t use those features and can reset if necessary.

Flipping Tiles Updates / Releases

Hi everyone,

I made a new promotional video about the application.
This will give you a better overview of the features offered by the Flipping Tiles application

A new update will also be available in a few hours.

Update Version : 1.5.1
Google Playstore App = https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.predalpha.flippingtiles

Clicking on an Application Shortcut tile opens the application even if you have not granted the right to listen to notifications by the application.

Fixed Application Shortcut tiles to display content in addition to the title for some applications.

Added buttons to share and evaluate the Flipping Tiles app.

Added button allowing to update the application if an update is available.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi @mikedt, but that is the point I was trying to make, with any on-line transaction I have to give the full long number and the expiry date from the front of the card if it is a credit card and they can ask for the start date for debit cards but rare!y do, followed by the CVV number from the back of the card because it is a 'cardholder not present' transaction.

The retailer stores those details, supposedly in a secure way and, with purchases such as subscriptions which can continue for some time will remind you to update your details in the event of the card about to expire. The new card will obviously have new start and expiry dates but the CVV number also changes. They have to have those details in order for the subscription to be renewed.

Fast reviews for popular apps...

I'm a new developer. I'm working for a start-up and I had developed an app for them. It is in the play store for a few months. In this pandemic time, every developer face delay in reviewing time. sometimes it took a week or up to a month. But the popular apps like Facebook, Instagram and more getting quicker reviews and update is hitting the play store frequently. Why does this partiality on reviewing the app? or is reviewing being done based on popularity(number of downloads). Can anyone explain?

AF image upload limit

I use GIMP
Yep, me too, as noted earlier. I've used it so long... ...I can't remember what I used before it...
What else is there?! :D
- Image---> scale image and choose between reziing by pixels inches, cms or percentage - Simples. I resize camera images to 1000 x 750. phone images to 1000 x whatever fits the aspect ratio.
Simple indeed--but not terribly handy for the purpose in this thread, i.e., resizing images [on a phone] to upload to AF, without jumping through hoops! :) For that, I don't think F-Stop Pro can be beat.

Anyone experiencing long App approvals by Google?

+1 lately. So the first six weeks after Covid, updates seemed to be completely normal as I did like 8 updates during that time. I saw the warning for 7+ days and figured it was for new apps or I was just lucky. Well, now I've had a simple update in there for about a week. The release dashboard says my new update is live, but it clearly isn't because I don't have any crashes, reviews, or anything on it (and I ALWAYS do). Also, I check on Google Play itself and I see the last version release notes. Saying it's live, but not having it live is confusing and making me wonder if I should ship another update or sit tight. Also, and this might be unrelated, my store experiment is not gathering data (experimenting with different screenshots). I've done tons of experiments and never seen this happen.
