Mine takes my street address from Google Map. Maybe that's the problem? BTW: The blocked address isn't for us. It's for lurkers. I hope I didn't offend anyone.

You've got 32gb and the system data will take up space, nothing out of the ordinary.
A factory reset will clear the used data but not much...

Yes I did try other objects like a USB supported memory stick, and it works.

I'd say the biggest security threat is to third party app stores as many cannot support app bundle type apk's. This is because the developer doesn't programe the API's into the bundles, Google does.

And it seems I need to install and actually run your company's app in order to read those privacy rules. Well to me that is NOT satisfactory, as I do like to control my data privacy, and I never install apps without first looking at their privacy rules, EULAs, etc.

So there you go. there's my opinions and suggestions.

everything that i read all suggest doing a factory reset. i would give that idea a go. just make sure to back things up using smart switch.

Me too...kind of, sort of...well, maybe a little...

Rereading the other threads refreshed my memory that I had actually installed the newer version, directly from its site, after its removal from Play. (I still can't believe I totally forgot all about that. *SMH*)

But at some point, I uninstalled it. I think it's basically redundant now, considering the changes Google has made in terms of security.

Google addressed this last week; it apparently only affected some Android 7.1 [and below] users.

Just FYI, if you're interested in trying a really nice keyboard, give Hacker's Keyboard a whirl. It's the first thing I install on any new device.

Did it stop right after an OS upgrade, or after some time? If the former, the obvious suspect is the new version of windows--but I get the feeling it's the latter.

So what else happened?

Around the time it stopped working, did you update anything else? You mentioned using an old version of Thunderbird--did you upgrade that?

Were any Google-related updates applied on your phone? That includes Android.

Did you install anything that could conflict with the sync function, like something that also syncs?

Thank you for your reply, however the T-mobile SIM from my old phone worked fine, but when I transferred the SIM my new phone there wasn't any VoLTE. T-mobile's website says the new phone's IMEI has complete compatibility with their service.

Yeah man fastboot is working fine, tried a couple commands through adb, even the phone boots up and performs every function, wifi and simcard are not working, cuz wrong firmware, so the classic rsd Motorola flasher tool, that's the main roadblock for me, it's not detecting my phone, tried a couple different cables too, now trying to install an older version of rsd flasher, hoping that works

NEver mind, it fixed itself when I reinstalled it, it is working now wonderfully, screen shots will spew on this

I just use a standard 2A charger with an appropriate cable. Be careful with any quick chargers as my understanding is the wrong one can damage the phone.

I'v tweak buildptops on my rooted Note 4 many times over the years. I quickly learned, one mistake will put my phone in a bootloop. If you have TWRP custom recover and a previous backup. Go to advamced wipe, check system, dalvik/ART cache and cache. Then dirty flash your system partition. If all goes well you'll have a work phone.
Im not familiar with your device but on mine , If hypotheticaly, I didn't have a backup. My next choice would be to flash the official fermware. I am aware of mount script .zip that flash buildprops changes but I don't think thats a viable option in your case.
