Thanks, it probably is a black box (or cylinder). The good news is it finally did charge. I guess we accidentally gave it the right command(s).

Nice suggestion. But I am also want to know if there is any other useful method to promote the app.Hi!
You could share them with your friends and family and post about them on social sites. If people like your apps then they might tell friends and family about it also. Hope this helps!
try it in safe mode first. if it still doing the same thing then i would try a factory reset to see if it is a software issue. if it is still doing it, then it is most likely a hardware issueAll of a sudden, phone started vibrating constantly for no reason. It simply never stops. If I restart it, it doesnt stop. If i power it off, it stops when it is off. The second i press the power button to start the phone, it starts vibrating non stop again.
Any idea if this is a software thing? Do you think a factory reset might help, or is it a hardware issue?
Was there any difference after the App 'Sleeping'
Knox showing 0x0 means that the phone hasn't been rooted and modified. If it was showing 0x1, that's a problem and Samsung OTA updates won't go through.
As to why the update isn't going through. Don't know for sure. One idea though, are you in the country or region that your phone was intended to be sold and used in. Is it a grey import? You could try updating it manually using Odin on a computer.
