When you log into one of your user accounts (typing in that user name and password) at that gmx.com site, if you want to switch to a different one of your user accounts you just have to log out of the account you're logged into in order to switch users (at that point, typing in the other user name and its password).

But are those other Android phones US or international variants/models, i.e. imports? I'm thinking this "Add Call" or "Merge Call" functions is proprietary to T-Mobile and is US only, which international variant phones may not support.

It's something I've never seen from carriers either in UK, Ireland, or China. And the nearest thing I know is conference call..

I've been with big Red since they first hit town. No complaints. Great coverage that I pay dearly for. Oh well. When my youngest two were in their teens we bought them cell phones and went with T-Mobile for the economy of their service. They had good service in town but on our trips they were hit and miss.

That won't work, @ocnbrze but I appreciate the idea. That's great if I use the camera app: but I'm not. I'm using the TelePrompter app, which will automatically open the camera app once I press START. Problem is, if I then go to the front cover preview, the teleprompter is still on the main display!

My only solution has been to use the front panel camera and do everything from there. If I start everything on the front panel and then open the phone, everything naturally moves to the main panel. So I guess I'm stuck using the front panel camera for my videos.

I've gone one worse actually as one of my old phones had a catastrophic demise and I'm trying to transfer the app to a newer phone but now run into the licence check issue. It's still working on the other old phone though. I need 2 because our 2 freezers are on different power supply circuits and when we go away on expeditions we need to cover both so we can message a friend to come in and reset the circuit breaker(s).

i think the old icon for soundcloud looks similar to it as well.

I've never played math games yet, but they seem to be interesting and will help to improve skills. I started improving them some time ago, and have lessons with a tutor twice a week. I can already see that my skills improved, but so many things I still have to learn. It's a site with different questions and answers, and also, sometimes I post there questions myself and get a solution. Today I'll have some free time and will try to play a math game.

In case you don't like the update or if it has glitches you don't like. I have a few glitches that irritate me. For one, my color scheme reverts back to one I don't like every time I restart my phone. I can live with it but someone else may not.

i don't think you can do that. crowdsource is a google app which is design for mobile devices. you can download your flikr photos tpo your device and share it that way. but i dont see a way to do this.

You'll be happy to hear that I did as ocnbrze suggested, a factory reset; and it went flawlessly; and I have all of the functionality I had before, and more, since some of the applicatons had had their settings changed and now work better.

Using Android 13 on Pixel 6, I go to Privacy | Permission manager | Microphone. Under the "Allowed all the time" list there is nothing listed. But Google Assistant does respond to "Hey Google" ALL THE TIME. Google must therefore be listening all the time, and they are not following their own security model by listing Google Assistant in this microphone permissions list.

What gives with that?

Bit late on this one, only just joined the forum.

Hi BrianRM, I have just bought a Motorola G31, the contacts were imported from my sim which in turn were exported from my old Samsung to the sim.
Still with me? Only had the Motorola Android 11 a few days and used my google account to store the contacts, but kept losing some of my contacts especially on one occasion where I added 5 new contacts that were missing and it proceeded to wipe out the ones already there.

So I decided to switch off all syncs to google and enter all my contacts again, this time choosing 'Device', great , not lost a contact since.
However there are a few problems, the contacts are only accesible from within the phone app, the one on the home screen is Googles app.

There is no option to save contacts to the sim card only the device and no export/import to device

Anything like that is only applicable if you are using a google account, I'm beginning to hate Google as much as I hate Apple for trying to tie you in to there empire, "Use us or get reduced functionality". I have contacted motorola who unfortunately have said, Sorry but you need to talk to google,
even though I'm sure they could have made a phone contact able to save to sim and import/export.
