Google assistant search

Samsung Galaxy s10e

Firefox is my default browser, I have both a Firefox google vicesearch widget and Google assistant voice search widget on my home page. When I do a search with those, I'm taken to what you would expect, multiple results on a google search page.

When I do a google assistant voice search, instead of opening the google search page with the expected multiple results, I am taken to a random website that hopefully relates to the search criteria.

I'd like the assistant to behave like the widgets, or perhaps a suggestion of another assistant that will do this?

how can i play multiple speakers on my pc?

A headphone splitter adapter/cable should work out for what you're asking. Something like this one:
https://www.newegg.com/startech-com...plitter-_-12-400-506-_-Product&quicklink=true

I have a similar one plugged into my computer's audio-out port so I can just alternate listening to headphones or some speakers without having to switch the plugs from one or the other.

Cannot connect T9 Box to 5GHZ Band on Router

First, I did rename my SSID for 5 GHZ , and yes, I have restarted the router during the trouble shooting process. Anyway, I was able to connect to 5 GHZ yesterday which runs at about 160 Mps but the playback from the box while on Cola Streaming is still buffering. I have another new box and will try running it to see if the box is now the problem. If not one thing, then another!

App Inventor Android studio emulator

Dear Members,

I am asking for your kind support. I have problem with Android studio emulator. The emulator always stops. It is quite annoying as I want to test the application that I am building. I have a pac with 8 gb ram. There is nothing else which is running in the background. I have an error system message saying: emu system i386 quit unexpectedly. Most forums says to change the graphic setting of the virtual device to software but that did not help neither.

I have been reading many many forums to make it work but no luck. I even tried to install windows on my Mac to try running android studio. But I did not succeeded. Attached you can find the log of the sys error. Anyone who could help me I highly appreciate. Thank you, Attila

Help Upgrading HTC Flyer

One thing to note: although USB OTG will handle a pocket flash drive it doesn't provide enough power for an external hard drive. So if you want to do that you need one which can be powered by an external supply (most can't).

I would check specifically whether the HTC Flyer actually supports OTG: it was released about the time OTG support was being introduced, so best to make sure before buying any kit. It is actually one of the very oldest Android tablets!

Help Having different partitions in Android?

You are right! "Folders inside folders" works exactly in the way what I want. I didn't thought that. But I still wonder if having such partitions in Android both possible and easy? Do experienced users prefer such a thing?

Thank you very much for your advices.
It's not possible to set up within the phone, and as I say won't work without root and some extra software - and not all devices can even be rooted in the first place. Even then the software that's designed to use additional partitions is designed to use just one extra partition for specific purposes, so if you wanted multiple partitions you'd end up having to edit the startup scripts (which live in areas you need root to even see) yourself.

So most people would not call it "easy" ;). And to be honest I've never heard of anyone doing it except for the specific purpose I alluded to above (using a partition formatted with an Linux file system, as opposed to the usual fat32, as additional app space).

Help Better screen utilization?

Yeah, the problem isn't Android 12, it's likely Google's Launcher app.

When I got my Pixel 2 the "Pixel Launcher" included a search bar and a clock/notification widget that could not be removed: Google, in their wisdom, had decided that everyone needed these things, and needed them where Google said they needed them. End of story, the corporation knows what is good for you and you better just accept it (Google are more like Apple than they like to admit). So of course I tolerated this for about 90 seconds and then installed a different launcher...

Tablet version on phone?

No, but like I said it's only for employees and partners of the company, so probably not publicly available. Like I said, I was more looking for a solution to in general make the phone appear as a tablet to apps.

I've never heard of such a thing, and probably isn't possible, not without some sort of hacking and modifying of the phone's firmware.

I'm thinking it's the app itself needs to be fixed and updated, so it can work to it's full potential and features with Android versions. Which is something only the app's devs can do, that's it.

How are other company employees and partners managing with this app on their phones?
