Have you tried restarting the phone? But if it still does it, could be it's defective. If you only had it 7 months, suggest you seek Samsung warranty service for replacement or repair. Samsung phones usually have a 1 or 2 year manufacturer warranty, depending on where you are.

Im using 2 sims. the secondary is a prepaid without outgoing calls and data.
The internet is defined to use only first sim.

if i eject the secondary sim the problem stops. if i use another secondar sims from a friend, the problem stops again.
What can cause this issue?

no idea, could be that sim card you have. maybe try replacing it?

Hi all,

Unfortunately I have broken my S20 Ultra screen. I am trying to erase my data before sending it off to the insurer using Vysor USB debugging but due to the broken/completely black screen, I cannot accept the request for USB Debugging. USB Debugging is enabled, I simply can't see the screen to click and pair it.

Does anyone have a work around?
