I have loved it as well. It does just about everything I need it to do.

What do you mean "lock app drawer"? Lock it so that new apps can't be added? That doesn't make sense. Lock it so it can't be opened? Just remove the icon from your desktop (but I can't think why you'd want to do this). So can you explain more clearly what you are trying to do?

In any event, the app drawer is produced by the launcher app, so unless you tell us what launcher you are using we can't help. If you aren't aware that you are using a launcher then you are using the one that came with the phone, in which case you'll need to tell us what phone you have.

The phone has the ringtone I'm trying to use, I try to apply it, the phone says its been changed but the ringtone
I get is something that is on the phone ever since the update. I can't change it to any ringtone at all.

Yeah, coverage and which carrier you use is a big problem here in the U.S. Depending on where you live it can be a non-issue or a real pain. If T-Mobile's cellular network is too spotty for you, best stick with AT&T's service (or a MVNO that's contracted with AT&T). The issue with the carriers and their respective cellular networks is a pretty complicated matter, and there is no phone that can work with all of them, at least not be fully functional. There's a cellular radio chip in every phone, and they're also made to work with just some bands/frequencies. So some phones will of course be fully capable to handle 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE for some cellular networks (corresponding with the carrier or carriers the phone is by design intended to work with), but when it comes to other carriers, perhaps only cursory support for 2G and 3G but not 4G/LTE, or some other combination of the three (... with the added issue being 2G and 3G networks are or are in the process of being eliminated.)

I figured it out. I was running a third party app for volume control and it had a switch for do not disturb that was turned on everything works fine now, thanks

Easy. I logged in as we spoke, and they told me the exact amounts, dates, locations of the charges in question, which I compared to what I saw in my account. They also told me previous legitimate charges, dates, etc., which also matched my actual activity. Some random scam artist wouldn't have known any of that.

also i have a tab s2, but it is the nook version......and my battery life is terrible now. it is what i expect out of a tablet that came out in 2015. devices these days only last as long as their battery will give them most litium-ion battreries have a life of about 3-4 years.....so this device is way out of that range. if you are into dyi, you can go to https://www.ifixit.com/ for guides, tools and supplies on how to change your battery.

Indeed! You know, when it was happening, all I could focus on was figuring out how to stop the noise without accidentally wiping my phone. I never even thought to look at where it had been when it started automatically pressing itself, to see what caused it. I routinely put this phone face-down on my bed, because at night its pretty blue lit circle on the back is nicer to look at than the display (which lights up when there's motion). But it's normally on a pillow next to me. This was, I think, the first time I'd ever put it on the bed itself, face-down. I always have a bunch of...stuff...on my bed (various remotes, my old phone, my tablet, an apple, mail), so there's no telling what caused the pressing. I did LEARN from it, though!

If the Vanja doesn't work, should I take out the original sd card and swap in the new one? I guess I could copy the rest later, preferably with a computer. Is there any way to fix the Vanja?

Good to hear. Make sure you do what @MrJavi suggested and turn off updates in the Play app.

Are you sure no other app is using the same tone for its notification?

The Pixel 5 fits those size constraints and has wireless charging.

If a taller phone of the same width is acceptable then the Galaxy S20 and S21 become candidates (both around 6" in height but 2.8" or less in width). If you give up wireless charging then you get many more options.

GSMArena have a phone finder tool that lets you specify things like this and search for phones meeting your requirements. Since it's not an American site you have to use mm for the height and width, but that's a simple conversion.

if a factory reset or flashing firmware does not fix the issue, we can rule out that software is the cause which means that this is a hardware issue. so you can try to get it fixed or buy a new phone as @Dannydet suggested.

Try to clear all the data of your Play Store as well as clear the cache, if the problem still persists then try to download apps from your phone's native app store like Samsung has its own Samsung store
