This will be a setting within your texting app. Are you sure that you are getting an image file or a video file? Because most texting apps by default protect you from "Stagefright" malware embedded in video files.

That's my hookup at home. Wifi was crappy in the house so ethernet was the way to go

Sure is.
Use the screen recorder I mentioned above, and re-record it.

Sorry, but this is the easiest method.

Another is to extract the audio from the file you already have, then try to sync the two files together using YouCut.

Here is the cool part of what I suggested above.

File Manager Pro allows for simple movement and renaming of files, very much as you do with a stock android device app- but better.

Gallery Pro also allows you to do this, but in a gallery format for easier viewing.

You can access both the internal memory and the SD card seamlessly, unlike with a file manager.

Select your photo, select 'move', it will show you all available folders, choose and tap.
Done.

Together, they work great, as you may someday find a file tgat doesn't outright appear in the gallery.
It will show in the file manager.

Now, as for Nitroshare, simply install it onto all of your devices- PC included.

Set it up, and now you can send files wirelessly and quickly via Wi-Fi to any device on the same Wi-Fi that you have installed Nitroshare.

It doesn't get much easier than this.

I have an mxq pro 4k that was connected to a crt tv via rca which I used for a long time with no issues. I got a new 4k samsung tv(hdmi) and when I connect it it plays for a while then the sound suddenly stops while video plays. I tried with RCA connections and it does the same. Any idea what could be the cause of this. I have tried changing multiple settings but no joy.

I've just started developing android applications with Android Studio, I've watched couple of tutorial videos so I'm not very good at it, one of the tutorial videos used a file called `styles.xml` which is in `res/values`, but when I went to that folder, I didn't find the `styles.xml` file, I thought it may have glitched and not generated itself once I created my project, can somebody please help me?

If you want to factory reset an android device the way to do it is to boot into recovery mode (which involves booting while pressing some combination of buttons - which combination depends on the device/manufacturer), from where you can select factory reset from the menu. However, that will not undo changes to system software, it just erases user-installed apps and data.

However it's not clear what you mean when you say "with software installed on it", since any Androd device has software installed on it. If you just mean that there is some app installed which you can't uninstall then a reset will do that, though if you can access the system menus there should be other ways. If however the system software has been modified you will need to do something different to change that: again, procedures and tools are device/manufacturer-specific, but in general it involves putting the device into fastboot or download mode and using a computer to flash the software. I've never heard of Amiko so have no information about how you flash their devices.

If your software is an image you might be able to boot into it temporarily using the "fastboot boot" command from a computer (with the software image also on the computer), but not all devices support "fastboot boot" (if yours does you need to install fastboot on a computer, connect the device via USB and boot it into fastboot mode). But that's only temporary.

I'm afraid that the bottom line is that more information about what you are trying to do and the software you are trying to install might help, because there are a lot of possibilities here.

Thanks for replying to me.

I contacted the manufacturer (Amiko) and they told me to download a system image (which they provided) to SD and it would auto boot from this (I did as they asked and it would not boot). Then they told me if that did not work to take it to my seller...a load of rubbish, they obviously do not want to waste time as it is now outdated (not for me).

Because of whatever software was loaded on the box by my seller (whom I no longer use) I am limited on what I can access. I can access the SD card but cannot get it to boot that way.

Hope this makes sense. If you need any other info please let me know as I have two of these boxes and it would help if I could use them again.
