Here is the cool part of what I suggested above.
File Manager Pro allows for simple movement and renaming of files, very much as you do with a stock android device app- but better.
Gallery Pro also allows you to do this, but in a gallery format for easier viewing.
You can access both the internal memory and the SD card seamlessly, unlike with a file manager.
Select your photo, select 'move', it will show you all available folders, choose and tap.
Done.
Together, they work great, as you may someday find a file tgat doesn't outright appear in the gallery.
It will show in the file manager.
Now, as for Nitroshare, simply install it onto all of your devices- PC included.
Set it up, and now you can send files wirelessly and quickly via Wi-Fi to any device on the same Wi-Fi that you have installed Nitroshare.
It doesn't get much easier than this.
