Check if your Samsung A21 actually supports that, also you may need to install a supporting app from the manufacturer.

I have tried clearing data but this did not remedy the odd behavior.

I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but that did not remedy either.

In addition, I uninstalled the app and installed ANOTHER MP3 player, but the odd behavior still remains, leading me to believe it has nothing to do with the app, but rather it's something to do with a system setting that somehow, without my knowledge or awareness got changed.

Anyone have any ideas?

Another reasons for hard brick may be :
Incorrect partition SD card such as 4025 MB which i recommend do not attempt to modify the internal memory OR Extend or other bad sensitive modify
Install another model of samsung to an device samsung or even unsupportable rom or android upgrades small android device with higher such as nougat etc.
Incorrect use of root or even deleting important system files
Install bad Custom Rom etc.
Incorrect repartition with odin already
Swap mb kb or even worse
That's i see in some videos mine happened one of the symptoms described.

If you are still unable to delete the file, try restarting the device by holding the power buttom

Acutally it was just another useless app in the background, after doing some sample snapshots yesterday, it does not get hot, so I am wondering about when to turn off the phone even sooner ? I will attempt to remember that.

Many BT headphones and speakers will only connect to one device at a time. However I know that Bose QC2 and Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones can connect to two devices at a time.

yeah great game but on mobile i like pubg and Free Fire. I love to play free fire because it is rush game in very short time you have to kill and win. Pubg is little bit of sniping game and take more time to complete 1 game.

I moved this to the dev area so hopefully someone that can help will see it.

If you know of a way to do this with root, is there any chance the permissions can be granted with ADB commands, as I know this works for some apps that require root.

also do getprop persist.sys.usb.config and see what return you get. ideally you should see mass_storage,adb
if adb is showing then it is enabled and you are facing a different issue.
