HELP NEEDED IN THE CODE

I guess you should put that line in here

Java:
case R.id.to_inr:
Toast.makeText(MainActivity.this , "to inr" , Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
value = Integer.parseInt(input.getText().toString());  // put here
result = value * 74;
output.setText(Integer.toString(result));

Do remember paste the stack trace whenever you app is crashed. This will easier for us to help.

WifiNetworkSpecifier not able to connect to SSID

Hi. I have some issue when using NetworkSpecifier to connect to an device(android 10 or above)

Most of the case I can make the phone connect to device well.

But here are two condition that would always fail.

  1. When the mobile phone already remembered the network.(But with wrong password)

  2. When use the NetworkSpecifier to connect to the device with wrong password one time.
For the avobe two case. The NetworkSpecifier will not be able to connect to the device.

It always pop up the message ->

something cameup . The application has cancelled the request to choose a device.

Do any one also had same problem and solved it?

Thank you!

Apparently the new photos and videos are being saved to sd but I still cannot move the previous, or screenshots, or anything else except maybe ebooks. I am also unable to download apps, at least working versions, and/or move them. At least some are now showing more than 0 bytes, but it doesn't do much good if I can't install and use them. I recently tried with X-plore, 7.50 mb downloaded November 14, and it says "app not installed". I'm not sure if I can afford to have this checked out at some fancy repair shop, or if that would even help. Why can't there be just some 24/7 number to call real people who actually speak English, are not reading from a script, and actually know a thing or two about these problems?

Help Bubbles have appeared under screen protector

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. More often than not, air bubbles between protector and screen is due to a poor installation. If you are new to a screen protector installation or don't care to attempt installing such yourself, I would suggest taking the phone to your provider and pay them for a new protector and install. They aren't that difficult to install but having your provider perform the service will eliminate the possibility of another botched install.

Alcatel 3v from metro

Hmm. Still seems as though my Alcatel 3v 5032w experience still tops them all.
I personally wouldn't wish this phone on my worst enemy. I purchased one in April. From April to May I managed to go through 3 of these phones. Day one the phone kept shutting off on me in the middle of anything and everything I was doing. Never wanted to keep the network. Settings never would remain as I set them. I holla back at Metro and me being the poor folk that I am, having put everything I had into getting this stupid phone, didn't have the money (and still don't) to replace it with something different. So Metro exchanges the same phone again. Rude metro peeps made me pay for a whole nother sim which I found out latter to be totally unnecessary. Low and behold that one did me the same. I call, I cuss, I complain and this time they order me one from their 'warehouse'. It does just the same for me as well. Now that I've had to endure this phone for about 8 months now, it almost seems as though it's gotten better to deal with over time. Perhaps my tolerance for it's crappyness just leveled out?
Anyways I wish I knew how to root this thing. Or already how to update the apps that are on it. And an i the only one? There's like 277 system apps on this phone that over half of them aren't even useable.

Can I use Tasker to turn on and off 4G?

Hey! Just saw your reply. Didn't realise you had replied.

2 widgets - I could live with.
I wasn't sure if you meant I CAN do in Tasker... or if I can get widgets that do one of the single functions?

Let me know. Thanks.

Tasker will allow turning on or off various airplane mode items in response to an event, such as a shake of the phone, see screencap, perhaps something like that would do the tricksc_11-21-20_45736.png
