We are having this odd issue with our app "CyranoApp". This app has been in the google play store for almost 4 years now. But suddenly this app is having issues getting found and not getting downloaded on to Samsung S10 phones. We tried with multiple S10's and also did a factory reset of S10. Still the same issue. I also tried to update the removing the uses feature,Compatible-Screen tags in the manifest files and try to deploy to Google Play Store and I did an internal test by play store also having this error This App is no longer compatible with your device.. Still facing the same issue.

.... i think it gets around possible switching issues when signal is poor .... maybe ... i read sumink online (actually from someone in 3) about 4g switching issues

Yes, may be "archiving" is the same (done manually) what WhatsApp does with old messages / media, they just disappear from the chat until a new message / media is created, then they are shown again (re-done.by pressing manually that archive option).

Just copying / synchronizing the WhatsApp folders seems to work quite well.

This phone was supplied with Android 9 (Pie) and has been upgraded to Android 10 by MIUI update. Battery life has been exceptional during the 12 months I have had the phone. I would certainly recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new smartphone to consider trying Redmi series. The one thing missing on this phone is NFC which is highly necessary for contactless purchasing during this Covid19 disaster.

If you go to https://www.google.com/android/find? and select your phone from the list of available devices you should see an option to lock the phone and sign our of Google.

Try changing your lock screen image. Most of the time that is found along with wallpaper settings.

Things like contacts and gmail would but not necessarily apps or settings. Go to settings>system>advanced>backup and make sure it's enabled. This would be on your OnePlus 6. Also, keep in mind that if the old version of Android is a higher version than the new phone, it might not complete a restore, or if they are too many versions separated.
