The issue:
Phone is stuck in reboot
Can't enter twrp recovery

This issue occured when I did the following:
I unlocked the bootloader then I flashed twrp. Then when I tried to enter twrp via the bootloader>recovery.
It gets stuck on "entering recovery..." then the phone reboots in a loop.

So i can't enter twrp and I can't enter the phone.
I can still enter bootloader tho.
I first tried the lastest twrp version when that didn't work, I tried a few others with no success.

And where do I go from here to get back to stock or get twrp to work

Crazy story... Few days ago I was on a roller coaster. Noticed on way up to top that my phone was pinned between my leg and the padded safety restraint. After ride, I checked my phone and it was somehow in Odin/download mode. It remained locked up for a couple of hours, then it restarted and everything seemed fine. Phoned paired to my Ford Sync and the next call I received had an issue. I could hear the other person fine, but they could not hear me. Tried trouble shooting over the next few days. Unpaired and then re-paired, restarted phone, went through all settings on phone and vehicle, etc. My vehicle responds to voice commands and I am able to use talk to text. I tried my phone with another BT device and had the same issue, so I know the problem is with my phone and not my vehicle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my Motorola e Android phone got hard bricked and it began suddenly with the first error message being constant boot looping and eventually going to an error message with an adroid on its back where it said partition was corrupt or damaged and the only choices were try again or factory reset. I kept trying again.

I tried to fix it and eventually ended up stuck on ap fastboot flash mode(secure) and it says oem locked.

I gave up trying to do it myself and want to factory reset but recovery mode won't work even if I press it, says that start up failed and goes back to fastboot mode. It's stuck.

Serial number is ZY22DLT4R and last letter is a V or W, can't tell.

I dont know to flash or custom rom. Tried a few but I only have windows 10 on my PC and it didn't install drivers properly and I need this phone fixed ASAP . I think I'm considered a newbie.

I also need to know if it's too far gone so I'm prepared to buy another crappy phone and lose all my data. I don't have days/weeks to learn tutorials about how to mod, etc.

I don't know if my bootloader is locked or unlocked.

Please help.

I never intentionally disabled my ability to hear the alarm.

Hello, can anyone check their iccid on activated phones. Is there a letter at the end of iccid?

My phone won't activate but it's on network. I'm trying to talk to customer support but I get absolutely no where. What I nightmare.

On my new Pixel 7 Pro, which is rooted (just so that I can run AdAway and Nova Settings), the phone seems a bit slow to accept app input when I launch various apps. Two specific examples:

1. When I launch Enjoy Sudoku, which comes right up, when I tap 'Another Difficult' right away nothing happens. If I tap is again, again nothing happens. When I tap it the third time, the game starts. Also, if once the program launched, I do nothing for a couple of seconds and then tap 'Another Difficult', the game starts.
2. When I launch Shortyz, which comes right up, and try scrolling down to an unplayed crossword, nothing happens. The second swipe attempt works as does waiting a few seconds.

So, my question is simply this: Is there some setting I can adjust to make this time lag go away?

I have a Samsung S6 Lite tablet on which I set an alarm. When the alarm went off I turned it off. I also have a Blu G91S Android 11 phone. The phone began alarming after the tablet alarm was turned off. Now I cannot find a way to turn off the alarm on the phone. HELP!

Since I was upgraded to "Coolwalk", the task switcher bar is unresponsive to touch input most of the time, and I can only swap between apps using the voice assistant when it occurs.

This happens in wired or wireless modes. Car and all phone software is updated.

Everything was fine before the Coolwalk update.

Has anyone else experienced this?

First and foremost; yes this phone is a bit old due to the ever quick and changing technologies.

Now with that aside and addressed, my wife phone (and mine previously) lost the ability to make "voice" calls during our current travels. My solution from USC was to turn on "enhanced calling", which I was not aware was finally working since I was told a few years back to turn off, so it wouldn't drop calls anymore. Since I did that with my Moto G Stylus, it has been working but not her LG V30

Technical support -/) basically told me that it is a paper weight until we enter back in to USC towers and cannot be used during roaming. Not sure if this is SOP with customers with older phones but hoping someone here has the fix to make my wife happy.. Her texting and mobile data was working previously but now, nothing...

Hello, I'm doing a simple app that uses WiFi Aware and its publish/subscribe mechanisms. However, while I was trying to test it on Android Studio, I would always get the boolean false with this line of code:
boolean hasWiFiAware = getPackageManager().hasSystemFeature(PackageManager.FEATURE_WIFI_AWARE);

This would mean that the device (the emulator in my case) doesn't support the feature of WiFi Aware. I tried a lot of different APIs in the Emulator and couldn't seem to get it to work (return true and allow me to use the feature).

Did anyone already work with WiFi Aware? And specially developed an app in Android Studio? If so, have you used Android Studio Emulator to test the App or a physical device? Does it even exist the possibility to use such feature in the emulator?

The mystery: I cannot establish a USB connection between my Pixel 7 Pro (Android 13) and PC (Windows 11). When I try, the PC makes that characteristic "connected device" sound, but Windows Explorer doesn't discover the Pixel, nothing shows up anywhere in the Windows Device Manager, and the ADB command
.\fastboot device
returns nothing. The Pixel is similarly not discoverable as a bluetooth device to the PC, although it IS to other devices (like my earbuds).

This is the first task I have attempted since I performed a factory reset (and walked through the automated Pixel setup process) last night. I have spent the last three and a half hours reading Android forums, testing USB port-cable permutations, and installing and uninstalling drivers. There is no obvious solution to this problem within the first ten pages of Google search results. I would be beyond grateful for any possible insight, but please, take a moment to review what I have attempted already before you expend any effort helping me troubleshoot.

The Pixel CAN connect to an older laptop running Windows 10, appearing both in the Windows Device Manager (which says my drivers are up to date) and in File Explorer (where I can access the internal memory). But ADB similarly returns nothing on the ADB
.\fastboot devices
command. Also, my old phone (a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G running Android 13) connects fine--both by USB and by bluetooth--to all three devices.

So the PC (Windows 11) connects to the Galaxy and the laptop (Windows 10) connects to the Pixel (kinda), which fairly well eliminates the possibility of an issue related to my hardware or USB cables. But the PC (Windows 11) won't connect to the Pixel--not anymore. Everything worked just fine when I unlocked the Pixel's bootloader a few weeks ago.

What I need now is to recover the functionality of the USB and bluetooth connectivities between the Pixel and the PC running Windows 11, especially for file transfers. For several reasons, WiFi reliant solutions are untenable for my situation. I also need to re-lock the bootloader by any method (not necessarily with the PC). As mentioned above, ADB has not succeeded in finding the device on either platform.

Finally, in case it's relevant: when I open the Pixel's USB Preferences menu, I cannot switch from "USB controlled by...This device" to "USB controlled by...Connected device"--in both cases, the Pixel returns a "couldn't switch" dialogue. And yes, I have of course enabled USB debugging.

If you took the time to comb through all those particulars, Thank you. I'm getting desperate for some thoughtful expertise, and while I'm open to retrying anything for the fifth or sixth time, (maybe I somehow missed the magic driver package), it is a special kind of tribulation to review the same tired list of perfunctory solutions to a different problem. I promise, the solution I need isn't one of the usual suspects.

I spent $800 on this device. That's a lot of money for me. It feels absurd and unfair that such a basic functionality--one that far more affordable devices have been delivering reliability for decades--should be missing from the Pixel 7 Pro. Please please please help me!
