i am super excited to see this. it looks good. i understand that the last season of GOT made a lot of people angry on how they chose to end it, but this looks really good.

I have some various user's manuals that are in the format of an index.html file which has about 500 links that open 500 PDFs that are stored in sub folders. Everything is on a micro SD card in my phone. Chrome says "content" is blocked. I tried HTML viewer apps but they open the html file but won't open the PDFs. Also tried Firefox and Opera and same thing...content blocked.

Anyone have a suggestion? Using Android 9, I believe on Moto Z4.

Is there a way to find out before purchasing the phone if Samsung A22 or A32 sold in Germany have 4G VoLTE? Or other Samsungs too, with or without 5G. I'm flying to the US in 5 days and it looks like no phones sold outside the US can be used on Tmobile at all (my carrier; I have a US account but haven't been there since the 3G shutdown), because I think they've cut off access to all phones that don't have 4G VoLTE along with shutting down the 3G network, and no phones sold outside the US have VoLTE(?) I'm not sure but I think even if your phone purchased outside the US has 5G it still won't work because T-Mobile blocks the whole phone.

So I hope I'm wrong about non-US phones not having VoLTE - but how would you find out if a phone has it before you buy it?

Hi all,

I gave my Xiaomi Mi 10T to my girlfriend's son and I deleted my account on it and made a new one for him.
But now we want to delete the contacts that were on the phone when I was using it and it doesn't work.
Whatever we try it always says "Fout bij opslaan contact" (we are Dutch)
In the phone app it's not possible to adjust or delete any contact and in the contacts app same thing...

Is there any way to get it deleted or am I forced to do a phone reset?
There are still pictures on it (old and new ones) that we don't want to lose and games of him.

I am doing my project in ionic 6 with angular and a firebase database. I need a typescript function that adds the values fetched from an array that are extracted from a collection in firebase.

Android Auto has stopped working. I have a Galaxy Fold 3 that I have been using since November with the Uconnect in my 2018 Jeep Compass. It suddenly stopped working. It worked fine until today. I last used it about 2 weeks ago. The phone connects with the car via Bluetooth just fine. I am able to make calls and receive texts. When I connect the phone using my USB cable to use Android Auto, the phone shows that it is charging and I verified it is set to be able to transfer data. Instead of launching and connecting to Android Auto, the screen on the car tells me to follow directions on the phone screen to connect. The phone screen shows an Android Auto screen that shows it wants to start set up to connect (it used to connect without any issues) but when I hit the "next" button on the phone, Android Auto on the phone just shuts down. I cleared the cache & data for Android Auto, uninstalled & reinstalled Android Auto, verified my phone has all of its software updates, tried a different USB cable, reboot my phone, unpaired & then paired the phone to the car... nothing is working. My phone software updated on August 2nd. This is the first I've tried to use the Android Auto since the last phone software update. I've tried all of the suggestions on Android Auto's troubleshooting page. Can anyone help?

I have a Samsung Core Prime mobile, which currently has a live WhatsApp chat file that I would ideally like to transfer to my Dell Laptop and duly print it out.

The objective is to have a file which I can view, edit, copy and print out.

Although I have tried to find a solution online, it seems somewhat problematic. Although the typical advice is to select the 3 dots (top right) then select Export chat, choice of with or without media, then having chosen with media; Initialising process, then ‘Send chat via: WhatsApp, Messages, Bluetooth, Memo.

I choose Messages and it responds - Unfortunately, Messages has stopped. Tried Memo, refers to email, offers to Save but I can’t find any trace of an email containing the WhatsApp chat???

Can anyone tell me how I can easily and safely (do not want to lose it) transfer/copy this WhatsApp chat file to my Dell Laptop in order to view, edit and print, please??

I searched the web for this and from all I found the instructions if I understand correctly, are that the first Google account I create on the phone becomes the default and to change that I have remove all my Google accounts by going to 'Settings' then 'Google' then ' >' then 'Manage accounts on this device' then select each account and choose 'Remove account' and finally add the desired default account.
But I would like to know what happens if I remove only my default Google account from my phone when I have multiple accounts? I guess Google have to use one of the other accounts as default but which one?

Also when I go to 'Settings' then 'Google' then '>' Google shows a list of all Google accounts with the default account on top of the list separated with a line from the other accounts. There, if I press on any of the other accounts, I'm sent back to the previous screen 'Google' and the chosen account is now displayed on the place of the default account. This looks as if I'm replacing the default account with one of the other accounts just like that but I can't find anywhere on the web if that's actually what it is.

Hi Guys First time here so hope this post is in correct Forum. I have fitted to my car (an addon from 5yrs ago) Android 8. BMW E46 full media device.7" touch screen.
In essence it has served me well, but I have a few niggles which I have no idea how to solve.
One being, that some of the icons on the touch screen have disappeared! I can find them in internal storage, but only options given are Force stop or Disable.
Could I please have some advice as to how I restore them to touch screen? Thanks.

Today I became aware that Thursday Night Football will now and for the next 11 years only be streamed by Amazon Prime Video. I am a prime subscriber so I'm not really impacted. However, a lot of NFL viewers are not prime members. This is only the beginning. This is the last year that DirecTv has the exclusive rights to the out of market NFL games. According to Roger Goodell, next year all out of market games will be on a streaming service. Apple, Disney, and Amazon are bidding to have exclusive rights. Perhaps this is a progression but perhaps not. It will okay with me until I have to have this service for these games and another service for some other games. I will still have my TV service that I pay dearly for as well as some streaming services including Prime. If Apple or Disney win the bid for the NFL Ticket, I will have to subscribe to that service or miss some of the games. They are pricing the fan out of viewing IMO. I personally think it's bad for the game and I know it's bad for the NFL fan's wallet.
What's your take on our streaming sports future?

I have a OnePlus Nord running Android 12 (OxygenOS). It is not rooted. As I travel between the UK and Japan a lot, I have a UK and a JP SIM in it.

I want to install both UK and JP specific apps, but am currently only localised in the UK. Further, I understand that I can only change my localisation once every six months.

Ideally, I'd like to dual localise, to have the full suite of UK and JP apps available. Is this possible?

If not, would either of these work:

1. side load apps to avoid the localisation barriers in the Play Store;
2. maintain two separate profiles, one localised to each?
3. does rooting help? I don't think I'm running any apps that would break if I did.

Hello all, I had an iPhone SE that recently quit working and I've been trying to download videos from my iCloud account to the only other phone I have which is an Android Samsung Galaxy phone. Ive tried with 3 different web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet). They all just open a blank page that says about:blank#blocked in the address bar when trying to download or even just play a video. Not sure what the issue is, any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

I am having problem restoring a backup from the cloud (google drive)
i wanted to migrate my whatsapp from my tablet to my phone, therefore i did a backup at 5am, it was a 15gb backup.

i deleted the whatsapp and all the files in the tablet, then uninstalled whatsapp.

then i installed whatsapp in my phone, put the phone number, selected to restore and successfully found the backup i did create early, i selected the restore option and it start to do it's thing. but suddently there was an error saying it was unable to restore messages, then gave me option to skip or to restore an earlier backup.

but when i select to restore an earlier backup, it suppose to show me previous backup version, the previous backup version was on 9th this month, and the google account where i have the backup was gray out, meaning there is no more backup there

So I have a very old phone at home ( gt i8260 ) that I would like to download some files from.

The phone has a dead screen, just 2 red and green lines, but it powers on, and the computer also detects it, but it wont let me explore the files because I think it has a screenlock but I cant unlock that without the screen What is the best possibility do do this?
