Recently was gifted this phone, and was going to sell it, but realized it's a nice phone, and pretty quick.
It took a minute to import a lot of the apps and settings from my old phone, and one nagging thing, is I can't get google assistant to shut the hell up. I don't mind the explanations of longer questions, but when I say "Hey, google, Open Camera" it always responds back to me saying "OK. Get ready" and it confirms every command I give it, and I hate that.
My older phone an LG V30 never had this problem.
Any advice on how to disable the google assistant talkback?
NOTE: I have already gone to accessibility-Talkback-turn off Talk back, and it the sliding button IS turned to the off position, but I still get talk back, (I am assuming this is Samsung's side of things) and I can't find a setting anywhere in google assistant.

Any advice appreciated.

[Friendly]
Lords will not be able to plunder resources from other Lords' cities. You are instead encouraged to focus on strategic battles (holding certain locations/cities etc). You will be able to experience large scale battles and sieges.

The maximum number of Troops each Lord can command is the same, making every Lord who participates in a battle a critical component of the fight. The contributions of every Lord matters.


[Realistic]
Endless National's in-game maps were made with reference to real world terrain. Lords will encounter rivers, mountains, lakes, and seas that may look familiar to you. Lords will need to work around the terrain in order to gain an upper hand.

The numerous obstacles also forces Lords to work together. You must advance and retreat together. Work with other Lords (or betray them if you have to). All is fair in love and war! There will also be staged battles (based on famous real world battles) that you may encounter.

Lords will be able to play as various civilizations, and experience their unique architecture, characteristics, meet famous historical figures, and more! How and what can I move from my phone's card to an SD card so I can get more space on my Phones card? The Phone card is nearly full and I have to clean out files regularly and don't have room for more apps. I have moved most data like videos and Pictures, but still not much room. I have a SkyPro J7 Samsung.

I want to dictate a long (>1k word) document and export or mail to my PC.

I want something accurate, pfeferably savvy enough to capitalize new sentences and learn new words. and capable of dealing with long documents and long pauses when I think. Preferably, as inexpensive as possible.

My Moto G Power's home screen used to carry a circular widget about 1.25" wide, with the time, date, and local temperature, but it disappeared. How do I get it back?

I'm having a nightmare with this Nokia 1.4 that I bought in October and did nothing with other than set up a passcode, which I've stupidly forgotten. There's nothing valuable on the phone, I would happily hard reset it if I could. I currently have a brand new phone that is completely useless!

When I try to boot it into recovery mode, it just performs a normal startup. Customer service have said I need to send the phone in to get it repaired, but in their T&Cs they also say it should be sent in unlocked, so that seems pointless as well.

Would really appreciate some help from anyone smarter than me!

Prior to taking the latest Samsung update for my Galaxy Note20 Textra had a 'copy code' option for messages containing one time passwords/verification codes on the pop-up notification that showed when I received a message with an authentication code. Now since the update the UI is a little different with a bubble that stays on the screen until I drag it to the "X" at the bottom of the screen and there's no option for copying the code.

Under the changelog, for Version 4.33 (23 November 2020) I see:

• For one time passwords (OTP) received in Textra, when you tap (not long hold) a bubble and tap COPY, the OTP code will be highlighted for quicker copying.

Is there any way to get this functionality back with Textra?

I'm using Android Studio Bumblebee | 2021.1.1 and I'm having an odd issue when dealing with the Constraint Widget. If I create a new project and open the activity_main.xml layout, then select the default "Hello World" TextView and try and make changes to the top margin or bottom margin values, they don't seem to change. When I click on something else and go back to the TextView the values will revert. I think it's probably a bug but I wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue?

I'm working on an app and want the ability to read/write files in a directory on Google Drive. In the past for local files I use Storage Access Framework with Intent.ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT_TREE to get access to a directory and it's files/sub-directories. How do I get the Storage Access Framework interface to show Google drive and not just local memory (device, microSD, usbkeys).

I have seen info on Google Drive REST API but those posts are years old and it seems the Storage Access Framework should support it to make access much easier. Am I missing why it wouldn't be supported or is there something needed to pick a Google account so it knows which Google Drive account to show?

I have a Galaxy A 9.7. I replaced the battery. It fully charges, and boots up, but when I pull the charging cable the tablet dies. When the system is up I can look at it and it shows the system is fine, the battery is fine and shows 100% charged. It also recognizes that the charging cable is plugged in. Everything seems good, but as I said, pull the cable and it goes black. I replaced the original battery about 2 - 3 years ago. That battery worked well until about two weeks ago when it started to die quickly.

Backup and Restore App for Android V-6.0.1.

I have purchased from eBay so called unlocked Samsung Galaxy S5, Android V-6.0. AT&T probably still has its IMEI listed in database. It works fine with T-Mobile SIM card.

Phone has nine AT&T related apps and I assume some firmware installed by AT&T. I want to DISABLE or FORCE STOP or UNINSTALL all AT&T related app and SYSTEM FIRMWARE using Application Manager and/or an MS File Manager or do a Factory Reset of needed to get the same phone as sold by manufacturer (not sure if it is possible with AT&T phone).

I do Disk Image for PC to 100% restore previous Image. Is there any Android app similar to Disk Image which restores everything including system firmware? The-MobileGo backup/restores Music, Photo, Video, Message, Contact, App File. Nothing mentioned about system firmware. Thanks for help in advance.

I have several Android devices different versions

So i know the general No Autoupdate setting.
On several devices I can also block 1 specific app from updating (resulting in a warning when update all is executed)

But on my tablet with Nougat 7.1.1 I can't find where this feature has been hidden / moved this time.

It' frustrating that in every version things are moved or hidden or unavailable

Where is it in 7.1.1 ?

What's this icon means

I am pretty sure I did this via color correction or display settings, I am not so sure how to make it back to were it is not so outlined at all on my moto edge... Even on my lock screen it will show the date and time with a black outline on each of the text....

Hello, yesterday I checked my phone's gallery just to see something and then I realized that all the images that dated before December 2020 on my phone have suddenly disappeared. I honestly tried everything that I could in order to restore them, whether it was restarting the device, cleaning the gallery's cache and restarting and I even searched for file with the name ".nomedia" in order to delete it but failed to do so. I would gladly appreciate any help at all since these "old" images were about 90% of the photos that I had on the phone I wasn't planning on losing them anytime soon, and some of them are very important for my studies. P.S, I've also tried checking google photos but the app just shows the images that are also shown in the gallery. I never deleted them and also haven't downloaded any malicious software to the device.

In my google contacts, there used to be an option to managed linked contacts. I'm no longer seeing that. I have a contact that in "edit" mode, I see only one address, but when I view in the Contacts app (native on Samsung Note 10), there are two addresses. Not sure if this changed in a recent update. I really hope Google is not becoming what I hate about Apple.
