About using layar.....pfft...unless the phone is in tbhe middle of nowhere good look filtering through all the crap that pops up. I had so much pop up last night at the verizon theatre and cowboys stadium that I couldn't see a damn thing

I think the Droid x's enhanced vision it it's TWO LED flashes for the camera. That's why I think it will be a dark place or at night when found. you might need a flashlight.

I have not once heard anyone call Memphis the midwest- or anything east of the Mississippi, for that matter.

I started thinking early on that Graceland would be a good place to put one based on the speculation on clues for other hidden Droid Xs. However, some part of Graceland requires a fee to be paid for admittance- but I'm not sure what part. I live here, but I've never had any interest in touring the place.

What? Really? Some even consider Ohio as being part of the "Midwest"... It all depends on how you're defining it...
 
For the person who said enhanced vision meant it should be found at night because the x has duel led flash.....um the original droid does too. I think it can be found day or night

You're right- I (somewhat) retract that statement. I do consider some of those states to be "midwest."

But Ohio? That's as much "midwest" as Maryland is "south"- at least to me.

My opinion isn't on Wikipedia, though, so it's worth only the keystrokes it took to type it. :D

Hey guys! Been following along so thought I'd join the conversation.

I'm in ATL so reallllly hoping one turns up here. I'm ready.

A couple of thoughts the bf and I have had when dissecting these clues--

-anyone else notice that HDMI is never capitalized in the tweets? think this has any significance? I didn't think so but it was an interesting observation by my boyfriend. he suggested that perhaps its a play on words and it stands for something else....i think its just a stupid intern writing the tweets.

-i noticed someone mentioned earlier in the threads about some possibly being in blockbuster...i had a similar thought. has anyone checked any? i was thinking maybe they may hide them in some old obscure movie that would rarely get rented in the store....like this or this? the only problem is there are a LOT of blockbuster locations...

-i may go hunting down in ATL this weekend. its kind of a long shot but i was going to check the gone with the wind museum/gift shop, since the movie opens with the song "i wish i was in dixie". any other thoughts of where to chk in atl?

I don't live near the FL Keys so this is to just add to #6 and help someone down there.

"Droid X designate #6 spotted! This one is pretty far south. Head for the keys then work your way up" My obvious first thought is up meaning north, but possibly Up rather than north per say.

We have been directed using correct directions so lets take "Up" for "Up".

We have the most clues for 1,5,12, and probably another for 4 soon.
