How do her parents let her go out with a skirt that allows me to literally see the bottom half of her ass cheeks when she is standing? And then she turns around and she has the bottom half of her tits hanging out on top of that?

I didn't take a picture because my wife and baby girl was with me, so, sorry. lol

I mean I am all for jail bait, but damn!

I personally blame MTV.

thats why my daughter is not allowed out until i visually inspect her attire . some of these parents should be ashamed of themselves, then they as "what did i do wrong" when they come back pregnant at 14

Dress fine, get inspected, bring clothes with them or use friends clothes, go out, get inspected in a different way..

While I am sure a few of them are, I don't think a lot of these girls are wearing those clothes when they leave the house. When I was a teen (17/18) I would change in the back seat of my friends car when we went out. I had a job and paid for the clothes myself and my folks never knew I had them. Now, keep in mind that I was just wearing skirts and/or Goth (we didn't have that word in the early 90's) type clothes. I wasn't walking around mostly naked showing off everything I had and I certainly wasn't at a mall. I was just wearing clothes my parents didn't approve of (they hated me wearing all black).

Personally, I blame Britney Spears and the like for this new line of prostiteens that we have walking around. While I doubt many have the....um.....courage to do it, I think that a few people should walk up to these girls and ask them, "How much?" just to see what they say. Maybe getting confused for an actual hooker a few times will change their minds about what they are wearing.

All we can do as parents is teach them the right way and pray that they make the appropriate decisions in life ... but I still keep the shotty under the bed just in case. I'll be damned if someone hurts my little girl, I'll Joe Horn their ass.
 
I'm south florida, the land of beach and sun, and half the girls that are in high school around here you can't even tell b/c of all the hormones that they inject into the beef these days. And its really normal to dress like that down here cause its so damn hot. Me and my wife were going to a Homegoods and this girl was sitting in chair and you could plain as day see the whole junk. Sad thing is is that I didn't even notice it and my wife is the one that drew my attention to it.
 
Most of the time it's parents not caring enough to even know what their daughters wear, let alone being concerned about it. Then there are the cases where as far as mom's concerned if one of her 7 kids from 7 long-gone fathers wants to dress slutty, good for her; she'll be able to get pregnant and get her own support checks quicker that way.

There is nothing wrong with sexuality or a person being sexual in there nature when they are an adult. When it comes to kids it isn't appropriate in a public setting. That is what this discussion is about, teens wearing clothing that is inappropriate for them to be wearing in public and why there parents would possibly ever consider allowing them to wear such things. The clothing that the OP describes is far to revealing for most people to be wearing at a mall, but a teenager (most likely under the age of 18) wearing things like that is really too much.
