Show us your Desire Homescreens...

Hi how do you get the lockscreen to be like this? I mean the time in words and the battery charge level in words too?

Tried to look for it in lockbot but could not find it. Thanks!

I didn't actually post the lockscreen as its just the same as the Homescreen but with the sliders. They're both in my original descriptions - fuzzy clock + batstatt.

I'm using widgetlocker which lets you put widgets etc on lockscreen.

Please post your Desire Home Screens in this thread.

Please also state, the names and descriptions of any apps or widgets that appear on your homescreens to avoid multiple questions. If your using an alternative launcher also let us know.
Have a cool wallpaper? also post it, or a link, to save multiple requests.
How do I take screenshots? (Thanks Lekky)

You need to be rooted to take screenshots, using an app called shootme. If you don't want to root you can still do it, but its rather drawn out, guide here How To Capture Screenshots With Your Android Mobile Phone

Here's mine HTC Desire Screen Shots

Sorry for replying to an old thread, but what's the carbon fibre looking background you've got?

Hi all

I have changed a couple of icons on my homescreen but how do i get rid of the white text under the icon. Does anyone know how to do this. Thanks all.

The application Better Cut lets you remove the text but not the grey bar under the icon.

A few home replacements such as LauncherPro will replace the sense UI but will also you set icons without labels.

Thanks Pal. Just using it now! The only thing i don't like is when you remove icons from the homescreen and drag to the bin below it uninstalls app from phone, rather than just removing from screen. Do you or anyone else know a way to get round this. Ta

Here is my latest incarnation... See if it lasts more than a week this time!

Many thanks for all the awesome inspiration on this thread! And thanks to Lekky for the icons that I've shamelessly stolen!

Rooted, running DeFrost 2.9, with Launcher Pro.

I'd love to hear what you think?

Mrs scrapbook would like to know where you got the jack wallpaper from please?

I think it only asks about uninstalling it if you drag the icon and hover over the trash can for too long... if you do it with quite a quick drag and drop motion, it should just remove it from the homescreen.

Folder organizer (free or paid versions) will do this. You need to make sure you add as a widget rather than a shortcut and then untick the box to remove the text under the icon.

Here are my screens,

My layout and theme are a combination of many things. They are all on XDA so take a look in the themes section. The icons are by me but i used a template created by ultralinx (on xda) and the wallpaper is from a collection that he had (he had some nice ones in his collection).

The font is 'comfortaa' and i found it within the leedroid thread. If anyone likes it, i can send it.

I'm using leedroid 1.9

Thanks for your time guys :)

Ash
