I got the batteries the day after my previous post, much faster shipping than the 15 day disclaimer. Purchased from seller techzonefourworld. My roomie and I are both getting close to double the battery life of the stock battery. Neither of us could make it through the afternoon before having to recharge. Now I'm getting ~1.5 days between charges. And we both have definitely been using our Evos more intensively since we have the juice to stream music and videos without worry. That's a fair tradeoff IMO for the added bulk. I would still prefer an actual 2000mah battery that fit the stock cover.

The included covers fit tightly and are secure. Easy to grip in the hand and the added size actually makes the Evo a lot easier to hold. But there are a few gaps. For the price this battery is a great deal.

I got me the 2 x 1500 and the battery charger and I don't know I don't get a whole day out of them. Yesterday I was full at 3pm or in the high 90's and it needed to be changed in 5 or 6 hours and all I did was talk for a few send a few text and took a few pics. I have 4 batteries so I just change it. But I never get much on any of my batteries. I have my old TP2 battery also. I need to charge the original one that came with the phone in the external charger and try it. But it varies but I never gotten 10 or more hours off one battery and some get that and even more.

Just got this new battery, and it does work great. I went through the whole process that Beast played out and wiped my Evo to reset battery memory... Works great, getting the same results and he did... It looks just like the 3000 mah you guys are posting and it's the same size, it's just the 3500.

If anyone wants more photos or different angles, feel free to ask me.

It fits well with the docking station, i just take my stock battery and put it in the cradle, while I have my 3500 charging in the phone on the dock.

Even if it doesn't for $9.00 it does not get any better. I'm thinking about getting a seido back door,i like it better than this one.

Non stop use straight web browsing for 1 1/2hrs and 74% left. I just amazing. I have also noticed that my battery is running @ 25

So do you have to wipe your battery stats if you get a bigger battery? Cause me and my friend aren't rooted. I don't know if I want to add a bigger one cause of the back door and phone being bigger then no case. I have my sedio innocase I use all the time now. But I'm interested in the charging cradle with extra battery slot. I had one for my TP2 and it just plugged into AC only and it charged both phone and extra battery. Is that what this one does? I saw one at another site but it was like 23.99 this one is cheaper.

I have 4 x 1500 batteries total what I need is an extra wall battery charger. Mine from ebay came with two TP2 batteries for 10 bucks and wall charger and it takes 4 hours or more to charge. I found one at this other website that had the charging cradle for 3.99 and I forgot where it was at but it said it charged really quick. But I'm thinking of buying this cradle here that you have. Does anyone else have it?

You dont have to wipe battery stats, but doing so will get you a better charge and life out of the battery. If you are not rooted though, then you can not wipe battery stats. You should root though, not just for this but for a lot of reasons. I dont know why any one wouldnt want to root therir Evo...

This cradle has a spare battery charger on the back of it, and it connects via AC adapter and USB adapter. You can charge your phone via AC and sync via USB at the same time. In my opinion, if you have 4 batteries, a 3500 battery would do you well. No need to carry all those batteries.

I would reset the phone a few times and charge in between every interval, just as beast explained, it's treating me very well so far. I've been running the intervals with 2 x 3500 batteries, charging one in the phone and one on the stand... adapting the new batteries to my phone, and resetting the stats for the batteries..

props beast.

You mean hard reset the phone? I may look into the 3500 battery. Thanks! I have a few cradles i'm looking at also. Don't know yet what I'm gonna do but thanks. I may get the one from Obostore cause they have an extra wall charger for your battery for 3.99. Gonna decide on that 3500 battery though. But I don't want to hard reset my phone.

Yeah A hard reset, if you don't--you wont get the full potential of the 3500mah. I'm going to add an external wall charger on the site today as well, I'm probably going to make a package deal with the external battery wall charger/screen protector/docking station/3500MAH battery ... i'll also be adding a bluetooth mini keyboard... glad to help

Do u have to reset the phone if im using an external charger for it? And if I don't use an external charger am I really losing that much potential of it

yes you do need to reset it. Your phone has memory on how much the battery needs to be charged, it's sort of a "over-charge" protector. To reset these limits you need to reset the phone a few times and charge to 100% inbetween each reset.

I don't think this is correct.

Resetting your stats is to help fix the charging bug the evo has that causes it to short charge a battery. The evo thinks the battery is fully charged and stops charging even though the battery is not fully charged. That is where you get the fast drop off from "100%" to 80's with minimal use.

If you are using an external charger then you don't have to worry about the evo bug since you're obviously not charging it in the evo. External charger works great!

I'm the OP for:
......referring to a test this poster did here with the Galilio 1800mah battery: Quick Seidio / Galilio / OEM Battery Compare

Did the same with a 3000 and a 3500mah battery.

China 3500 / U$10 - 2284mah / 2469mah
China 3000 / U$10 - 2224mah / 2478mah

So my guess is the Ebay 2600/3000/3500 batteries are all the same generic 2600mah with different labels.

Fritz
that sounds about right. the seidio 3500 = 2821mAh on battery boss test so you pay $60.00 more for 343 mah! you could buy 6 more 3000's lol.

After installing the 3500 MAH battery, i ran pandora over wifi to a bluetooth speaker for a solid 8 1/2 hours, with 4G on, GPS on, and spend 45mins on the phone. while receiving emails on it all day at work.

Christ... after using my OEM battery and the Andida 1800 for a week, I forgot how good using an extended battery felt! I am no longer @ 50% by 11am from 6am lol

Now I just wonder what the heck we have to do to get a case made for it..

Yes, after 15 hours including a couple of hours listening to podcasts, 6 or so phone calls, lots of text messages and web browsing I've got 48% at the end of the day. It doesn't get any better then that! :D

Using a Yooboa 3000 battery and just charging it in the phone after cycling it three times on an external charger.

The world is good!

Received my Andida 2000mah (biggest battery that fits behind factory battery door) extended battery from Obostore today, less than $10 shipped. Took 13 days from the day I ordered it. It has been charging in the phone with the phone on for 3 hours now. Will put it on an external charger tonight or when I get home as I dont have an external charger at work. Was at 65% when I first installed it, been at 95% for about 1.5 hours now. Will keep you all informed of my results over the next few days. Should also be receiving my 3000mah battery from ebay any day now as well...

My chinese 3000 is doing pretty well after 3 cycles. I'm sitting at 63% and it's 5 pm here. I ran it from 7 am. With the stock, I'd be dead by this time. I streamed some radio for an hour, surfed for about 30 minutes. A few texts and a few phone calls. Not heavy use today. I'm underclocking with setcpu though. Only running 652 max and 245 with screen off. I don't feel a difference running at 652 but I'd imagine it's helping my battery. I'm also running 2 mail accounts in addition to Gmail. One pulls every 15 min and the other every hour. Still testing.

Well finally got mine to 100%. After being at 96 for an hour on the charger it actually fell to 94 while still charging. After reaching 100% I kept charging for another 15 minutes and then wiped battery stats. After rebooting it was still at 100%, so another 5 minutes on the charger then pulled it off. Already impressed with how long it stayed at 100% after coming off the charger...
