Mine is a lot better but it could have something to do with the amount of bloatware that I've removed.
anyone else notice changes in rotating from landscape to portrait? a lot faster when youre on google's browser and rotate.
HOWEVER, i lost my ability to upload via 3G with big files. Or I could be wrong. not sure. anyone else verify? i thought previously i was able to upload big files (50+ megs via 3G with no issues).

I just installed Fly-X on top of this. It removed Spare-Parts, the New Gallery, Music 2.2, Car Home2.2 and the Moto Tourch, Developer tools, Voice Dialer2.2, Email2.2,CLock2.2, the new Calendar2.2 (Basically all of the updated apps).
I backed up with TB, and MB but I can't seems to restore any of these (Ti-bakup shows them but can not restore them?) They show up in the file system as tar.gz's Is there a way to restore these apps?

+ Maps in my case. The other strange thing, even with fixed build.prop I wasn't able to download them from market. Restored my nandroid :-/

I am able to download from the market, just tested. I used the FlyX downloaded from the Rom Manager.

Its sounds like FlyX brings back the old version of 2.2, is that the case?

nandroid is faster, you won't have to root it, fix market issue etc
Will it still keep my apps though? I don't really care about how long it takes cause I like to take my time. I've done the update.zip process before, but never a nandroid. Isn't there something about an advanced restore, where it will keep the apps? Or am I confusing myself? lol
OK so I ended up just installing the nandroid (did a system restore only) and everything seems to be working except my blur camera app. Neither the camera nor the camcorder work. Any ideas on how to fix this?
edit: nevermind... It works now. That was really strange. I transferred some of my photos off my sd card, and suddenly the camera works now. But I noticed one of the files was corrupted, and as soon as I deleted it from the phone, the camera started working.
