SwitchPro has a reboot button, been using it for a while now.
The current speed is exactly that, the speed that it is currently running at. It will change depending on what you phone is doing when you check the system settings.
Thanks Airmaxx for the input. Yes, understand how CPU throttling works, and that is what I was trying to point out. Before the OC when I entered the System Info Menu of Quadrant, the CPU speed ran at 300Mhz - don't need much processing to show a text window. However, after applying the OC, the same exact sequence of just showing the System Info page from Quadrant now shows my "Current Speed" as 1.1Ghz and not the expected and usual 300Mhz speed.
I just checked in Terminal Emulator and ran cpuinfo - shows current speed is 1098.9 Mhz. Scaling engine looks correct set at "ondemand"
So far it looks like the LV settings are not throttling correctly??
Hey guys, I'll have a little hotfix tonight when I get off work to fix QuickOffice and put a reboot button in your shutdown menus![]()
Sweet !! and this Hotfix, can we just flash over, no Wipes necessary?

it will be a hotfix (not hotmess) so no wipes needed.![]()
Thanks Fab! I didn't even know Quickoffice was broken. lol Shows how much I use it.I assume it will be ok to install the hotfix for restart and QO even if we have already manually added the restart option from droidxchat's post?
Any advantage to updating to the newest leak and using Apex 1.2 versus 1.0.2? I'm currently still on 2.3.15
this what I've been using.SwitchPro has a reboot button, been using it for a while now.
im not sure i have heard of problems with rom manager lately...just do it manually from bootstrapI have read this entire thread so please bear with me. I am running the ota 2.3.15 and downloaded apex 1.0.2.2. I have bootstrap and rom manager (free one) installed.
I can't load this rom with rom manager. I downloaded it, transferred the zip to my sd card, open up rom manager, click install rom from sd card, click on the apex zip, I check both backup existing rom and wipe data and cache, click ok into clockwork recovery.
It reboots and the progress bar begins with the droid guy above but after a few seconds the droid guy turns into a triangle hazard sign and then reboots back to stock. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

im not sure i have heard of problems with rom manager lately...just do it manually from bootstrap
open bootstrap
hit bootstrap recovery(you will see a prompt that says success hit yes)
then reboot recovery
nav to format data then cache
then install zip from sd
then choose zip
then scroll to whever you placed the file on sd
hit ok
once finished installing back out to main menu using power button and select reboot
done

its simple once you get the hang of it ...just be sure to always follow the devs instructions when doing this step by step or you will run into problemsThank you for the help. I wasn't brave enough to do it that way. I guess I have no choice.
