Root Liberty 1.5 is here - get in here

Just put liberty on my Droid x. This is the first time I've ever flashed and I must say I like it already and I don't even have anything to compare it to. I have a few gripes though. Syncing contacts sucks cuz I backed them up on the SD card and it added a bunch that I didn't previously have. Also the Facebook sync in contacts was gone even after signing in. Not a huge deal but it is another hour I have to spend to get this hooked up the way I want it. The last thing is that before I even got titanium backup installed, apps began installing, even ones that I had previously deleted. How do I avoid this in the future. Just about every app I ever downloaded was on the new Rom. And I hate that. All in all a decent first experience with flashing.

I just flashed Liberty 1.5 and I can't seem to connect to my wifi.....anyone experiencing this issue?

Been running for about 2 hours now and i have to say im so impressed and absolutely love it. I have been running Apex since i rooted and didnt try out Liberty and what else can i say except wow. This is unbelievable great job to the creators. One thing i would like to say kind of disappoints me is the ability to customize the dockbar. I love being able to put whatever icons or apps on the dockbar, but other than that im in love !

i just backed up my data on clockworkmod but now do i have to wipe data/factory reset? then redownload clockworkmod then install liberty 1.5?

David the only data you need to backup are your apps. And that can be done via titanium backup.

Reboot using clockwork mod.wipe data then wipe cache. Go into install from SD and find 1.5
Unless you're running a different rom then I suggest loading up a clean nandroid of 2.3.340

..
Does anyone know how to mess with the new kernel settings? ?

Flashed update and everything running smoothly, but after using pulldown bar editor in the toolbox, my phone became stuck in airplane mode after a reboot. I went to settings and it was checked off but I could not uncheck it to save my life. wiped and flashed again and fingers crossed, all is going well. Could've been a fluke thing, but I figured I'd throw it out there in case it happens to someone else.

Didn't see Dark Android Theme listed at the top in the themes that work in 1.5. Does anyone know if Dark Android will work or has a working version for 1.5?

I am excited about 1.5, but I just got 1.0 installed and completely configured and setup like I like it about 2 days ago with Dark Android.

And all the theme links at the top are still giving this error right now:
Error (509)

All the theme links should be working again, uploading ROM as we speak.

about time, downloaded straight to my DX in 3mins, deleated old tool box app, boot recovery, whiped cache, navigated to download folder, installed, and running.

My review (so far):

I have to say, the team knocked this one out of the park! (They may quote me on their marquis ;))

This rom is easy to install and makes deeps mods newbie friendly through liberty settings and toolbox.

I was very impressed that they added stuff like screen transitions, icon picker, pictures of themes (examples of themes) before you pick them and new offerings.

I strongly recommend this rom and it's themes to inexperienced newbies and oldbies alike. Liberty 1.5 raises the bar. This rom takes modding to the next level.

Imo, this is the DX's top mod, at this point. Everything works great. It's fast and sleek. I can't speak for enterprise, as I don't use it, so I'll defer to others who do.
