Root {Theme}{Port} EB01 Nextang

Here is an eb01 version of the 2.1 port I did of Manup456's popular Nextang theme. All credit obviously goes to him. check out his website www.digitalstylewars.com

*at the moment there is only an accurate battery version. at some point i will add a regular battery in for this and all the themes i do*

2.17 themed some more icons in the framework (buttons and a few lockscreen images) and added sbrissens batt pop up removal to both versions and the clock removal
2.16 removed camera as it causes conflicts with superclean 2.4...cleaned up another 4 or 5 images
2.15.2 added orange overload edition w/5 lockscreen...its A LOT of orange...not everyones taste for sure, but thought id make it an option :)
edit 2.15: added 5 lockscreen mod by sbrissen and cleaned up some images...expect an orange overload version later today as well as regular battery version (no percentage)

Woohoo! I was missing my nextang since moving to EB01. Are those screenshots normal or orange overload? Do you have any examples of the difference between the two?

The first 3 are regular version....the 2nd 3 are overload....basically the overload has more orange status bar icons and more orange text like the lockscreen menu headers soft menu pop ups and inner menu text.....pretty much orange in many places. :)
 
Think I'll have to give this a run over the weekend. orange is my favorite color ;) I just gotta find some nice orange background and icons :D

I'm seriously thinking of giving this a go too. I think I ran it before on 2.1 since checking my BW I see I have a pair of orange based clock skins. Definitely might try this one out...maybe even tonight.

I need to find a android wallpaper like the red one I got from nits 2.1 red theme
 
Well as soon as I saw adrynalyne had SC2.4 out I grabbed overload orange as well since I was making a trip into CWM I said what the heck.

Nextang is very purdy. Still using mircobes but I do have a orange wallpaper which might be too much for some.

Yup adryn changed the camera used in the latest superclean so it conflicts with that....for those that use the stock rom its no issue ....but I will either yank it out or update the app by tomorrow hopefully

Mine was giving me FC's, but I just wiped, then re-installed and all is fine now. He has the power button mapped to the shutter too. Works great!
 
Yea, this theme looks great. I change themes so often though and your icons stick in there even when I flash over with another theme. I also like to use the ADW icons and not all have icon packs to change yours out with. Good work though!
 
Flashed 2.0 camera still does not work [FC's] odd so I went back to redbread and same thing. No camera for me now. I suppose a full wipe and reinstall the rom would fix it but I was under then assumption that the 2.0 would be ok with camera?

i yanked the camera out of the theme...so i dont know why it would be causing issues unless the camera mod somehow incorporates additional parts of the framework or a jar....but i wouldnt think so

i would think reflashing the rom and then the theme would fix it...but idk :o

Wiped cache and dalvik, re-flashed SC2.4 and then re-flashed nextang 2.0 and now Im good. Interestingly, merely flashing the 2.0 did not change the camera icon for me. Not sure whether the wiping helped or not. But thats what I did. Good to go for the moment

yeah just flashing the theme wouldnt help if there was already an issue...as i just removed the camera.apk didnt put a new one in to fix it...i shoulda thought that through and made a flashable zip "camera fix" or something with just adryns camera for those on superclean :(
