OK, I'm done on this and let's get back to SGSII on Verizon!
I hope so. LOL!

Seriously, I don't even really understand what you guys were arguing about, or why.
PLEASE, BERIZON!! DON'T DO SOMETHING TO SCREW UP THE SGSII!! If they do, I'll be forced to switch carriers. I won't deal with AT&T, and if the merger goes through unopposed, T-Mobile will be out. I'll probably go for the EVO3D. I can get two lines for $130 on Sprint, you get 1500 min, nights at 7 pm, unlimited mobile to any carrier's mobile (this is the HUGE difference), unlimited data, and unlimited tethering. With Berizon, I'm paying about $140 + taxes for 700 min on three lines, unlimited messaging, unlimited on one line and 150MB on another line, and nights start at 9pm. Only Berizon to Berizon is unlimited, not any mobile, and a careful analysis of the numbers on my history reveals that a good 90% of the calls are to other mobile phones.
In addition, I'm ONE INCREMENT two low on the minutes scale to get the 10 any numbers unlimited. They've got me right where they want me on this one. For nearly two years we averaged between 700 and 800 minutes, so for the longest time we had the 1400 minute plan. They kept calling me and reminding me that I can setup my 10 unlimited numbers any time. I got texts and emails reminding me. I rarely swear on here or at anyone in person especially, and one of their reps again reminded me to setup those numbers. I told him that for me the 10 numbers was absolute bullcrap (not exact words) and that I'll NEVER use anywhere NEAR 1400 stupid minutes between my wife and I, and the 10 numbers were useless. But we frequently went over 700 minutes, although just barely.
So I voted with my wallet. I got a magic jack for the house, and we discipline ourselves to use that whenever possible, because it's unlimited for $20 a year. Berizon now loses $20 per month because I reduced my plan, and we are averaging 400-500 minutes used a month. Haven't gone over once yet.
I just hope they keep unlimited data at least until the SGSII is released. Or at least only cap the $29.99 plan at a reasonable 5GB or something. We'll see what happens. I wish we knew a hard date on when their data plans were going to change, and when unlimited is going to go bye bye. Probably right before the phone I want comes out.
Speaking of the S2 on Verizon, it looks like that joke of a network called ATT might be getting it first. Complete speculation still but I'd put a few bucks on it.
AT&T and Samsung Mobile Special Event Date: Galaxy S2 or Tablets Phone Reviews
This will probably mean at least a few more months before it makes its way onto Verizon. Sad day for us all.
We already knew AT&T was getting it first. It makes sense, since even the international SGSII already supports AT&T's band. I know a friend on AT&T who will probably fork out the dollars to get one unlocked and brand new up front. He won't have to wait as long as we will for his phone, and likely won't have to wait as long for updates either.
