nope... whatcha need to do is d/l audacity, open the audio file in a new session, reduce the gain, export the file to whatever.wav, convert it to mp3, rename it, and put it in the correct spot on the system

that is provided that we are still talking about the bootanimation audio

Ok thanks for the info so to be clear your cant adjust it at all with any app without using audacity. Thanks adds another step to making boot animations.

im betting that system volume attenuation isnt taking via the method youre employing, therefore id just do the audacity method... thats what i did cuz the "doin your mom" song was INCREDIBLY loud lol and if i had ta reboot, say in church, thatd not be good lol so get audacity and change your audio file itself

you run the audio system at church dont you lol?

yup lol we have a flighted PA and about 20-30 mics on stage depending on the svc we're runnin.... last week we had the power team there (the guys who break stuff LoL) that was interesting to keep the levels right!! oh, and we have 8 projectors running too :)

Another question I downloaded my vvm app and backed it up with only data. But I have new voicemails and they arnt showing up in the app. And I didnt see a refresh button on the settings. What should I do to make it work.

Lol I wish I could do an entire brain dump for you guys :) maybe some day I can hook this phone up to my head and do a knowledge dump then you could just ctrl f that bitch lol

OK downloaded audacity and Iam having an issue with it not working. The volume is set at 10 I lower it to 5 and export it as wav. Than I downloaded wav. to mp3 program and what is happening I think is that when It get reconverted back to mp3 it sets the level back up and not saving the info implemented. Because I tried this 4 times and same thing every time. What am I doing wrong.

And Is there a way of testing it out my computer so I dont have to go through the process in my phone every time to see if it worked.

What program are you using to convert? Im ashamed to admit that im using itunes for the conversion. Perhaps the prog your using has an autoleveling option. Anyways, it definitely shouldn't bring the volume back up. And yes, you can test it out by playing them back to back in wmp or itunes or whatever, I used an 8 DB drop on mine, but mine was super loud. Im currently mixing at church (its the sermon, which I've heard 6 times now lol so I have time to respond) but when I get home I could do it for ya. Is it the transformers audio?

Its nice to have a computer in your pocket just like for those time. Its a program called freewavtomp3converter its very simple just give me 4 different formats to choose to convert and thats it.

I really dont want to download itunes cause I limited amount of space on my computer. I Also have AVS which great but the one format they dont have is Mp3 which I just could not understand that at all.

Any others you think might work. And yes I did play them back on wmv both non converted mp3 and wav converted sound that I lowered sounded exactly the same. Is there a certain way to save the file. And yeah how did you know it was for transformers.

Another question about CM7 I just now started recording a video and notice the audio sounds like its AAC but I could be wrong. I had installed LG Camera for that same purpose because it has the ability for that and even a setting to control the quality of it. I google this 20 minutes ago and havent found anything. And there a problem with LG Camera the image freezes but the timer keeps on recording which is crazy. If anyone knows anything let me know

I took a shot in the dark based on the transformers audio clip I gave ya hell about a while ago. Im not home yet, but ill dl that audio file in a hit, shorten it (lol) and attenuate the volume when I get in front of muh konsole.

Oh yeah man, I think that many if us have become accustomed to being able to do stuff that you'd otherwise hafta do on an actual computer with the device that we have in our pockets or hip holsters or wherever lol I had a bb tour b4 this and there's no comparison. I haven't delved into the other audio converters segment as itunes works fine for me. I have several I devices(all used for mp3 player purposes only lol) so I guess necessity hasn't been the mother of that particular invention for me

Dont have the audio file in the zip but here is the link for the audio.

But I want to be able to do these my self of course since I have yet to get the images perfect and once I find out what this problem is with the numerical order I have 3 different transformer animations I want to make than a couple of others. Since you can make them from videos there a million things you can make them out of.

No phone calls so you don't have voice mails lol

Yeah that was very funny. I know that app is really not that important but always great to have everthing you hand in sense work on CM7.

And it takes for ever to responses from XDA

I asked a couple hours ago about how to fix the lg camera situation Iam having with the image freezing and still nothing. Anybody in here have lg camera with CM7 working. Because Lg is amazing since it gives you the ability to have the highest quality AAC encoding recording ability. I can hear an improvement on the stock CM7 camera I have now but you can tell its still not at its highest quality level which can be achieved with LG Camera.

Iam downloading itunes now 77mb that I really need. Just going to check to see if it works it does not Iam of course uninstalling itunes. There has to be a simple converter that works that will keep the setting from Audacity

im bettin that you changed the output volume instead of the gain (which is righ above the pan(left/right) part directly to the right of the audio track audio peaky lookin thing) its easy enough to mistake the two adjustments.... ive done it a time or 2 when using new audio editing software:)

This shows how to fix it but Iam not understanding the code suggestions. Which is my last resort because I did try to deleted the nandroid folder I made the first time I x out all the boxes. Than tried a gain and that did work as well same error.
