Root Phone freezes and reboots when I plug it into my computer

I'm running mik3d with Golden Monkey 1.1

This wasn't happening earlier today. It just started happening a minute ago. Every time I plug the mini usb cable in, the amber charging light comes on, but the phone completely freezes and then reboots. I've tried this multiple times now with the same result. Even off the charger the phone is being very laggy. I've got setCPU set to 844/245 with the screen on.

I recently downloaded busybox and script manager because I was going to run the v6 supercharger script.

Would busybox or script manager have anythin to do with this? I've froze both of them with Titanium Backup but it's still doing the same thing.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

On demand...I don't know what happened...maybe mik3d already had busy box built in? It's weird that it started happening after I downloaded busy box and script manager...either way, I restored to my previous nandroid using mikG 2.45 and it's working fine now...very strange.
 
This happened to me on Decks rom. I ended up flashing a different rom (evolved 3.0) and it was back to normal. I don't know if that is the answer but I haven't had the issue since then. I just flashed back to Decks rom today and it's working fine.

Ive been having this problem also since i flashed mik2g with golden monkey. i downloaded the battery calibration app and put my phone on the ac charge but when i came back the screen was frozen. Had to pull the battery. Its been happening every time I charge freeze/reboot any suggestions?
